You will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place; lovingly decorated with comfortable furnishings.
Apartment rental within a single family home, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. 1 queen, 4 twin (bunk) beds. New kitchen with full size SS Kitchen Aid appliances and quartz countertops. Linens/bath towels provided weekly, just bring your beach towels and chairs. Private walkout patio (accessible from the 2 sliders in queen bedroom as well as the living room) with plenty of seating, and a Weber propane grill for dinners in. AC window units in the bedrooms. Unit is very clean and well stocked with games, puzzles, and books, plus an extendable dining table for game night. Cable TV and Wi-Fi included. Ample parking. Centrally located 1.5 miles to Corn Hill. 13 minutes to downtown Provincetown. Outdoor shower!

Zita was a wonderful host. The apartment was decorated very nicely and was immaculate. Everything you would need for cooking was there……. but we went out! The outdoor shower was perfect after a day on the beach. Truro beaches are wonderful. We hope to visit again.

Great Stay in Cape Cod

We had a fantastic stay. Zita was an excellent host. The apartment was clean and modern. It was perfect for our family. The kids also loved the bunk beds.

Fantastic stay!

Great property - very well appointed and meticulously maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit is newly renovated and very clean, with comfortable furnishings. The property owner couldn’t be nicer and was prompt in her response to any questions. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Lovely, roomy, clean

Zita is efficient, friendly, and available to answer questions. Our stay was very comfortable with easy access to Ptown and the best beaches on the Cape! The outdoor shower was the hit - but really the whole house is beautiful - wonderful family vacation spot.

So comfortable and charming!

My husband, two young kids and I stayed at Zita's for a week. She was the perfect host - very available for questions and requests - and we could feel how much she wanted us to enjoy our stay. The apartment was incredibly clean, the beds were comfy and the photos give a good sense of the place. The place is centrally located between all the beaches and shops in Truro. We highly recommend staying with Zita!

Sunny week in Truro

Having rented in Truro for many summers, we found this unit rental a very comfortable, clean, well equipped and accommodating stay for myself, husband and son. Location, off Rte 6, made for easy travel to our favorite National Seashore beaches. Grill, patio and outdoor shower were especially pleasurable to use and Zita was an excellent host.

Fantastic rental in Truro!

Zita was fantastic, introduced herself upon arrival and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. She even went out of her way to provide a tarp to cover our bikes in case it rained. The rental was very clean, has all the essentials, is recently updated and has nice decor. We were very comfortable in our stay. The property is close to our favorite national seashore beaches as well as a lot of fantastic dining options in the area. Not to mention, a nice winery just a few minutes away. We loved the location! Highly recommended.

Truro hideaway

Zita was a wonderful host. Gracious and inviting. She knew we had an infant with us and allowed us to check in early. She was available for any questions. House was just as described. Nicely renovated and comfortable. Despite being a little further up the Cape it’s just a few min to Head of the Meadow Beach which our family loves to frequent when we’re there and less than 20 min drive to Provincetown. Would highly recommend for your future stay! Thank you Zita!

Comfortable house and very convenient to beaches

Property is fine but a little small for six of us. Otherwise, OK. This is the first VRBO rental when we had difficulty with the VRBO account. We could not register, and after two half-hour sessions, I gave up. Fortunately, the owner was very responsive, so we gained necessary info. from her.

Fresh, Clean, Peaceful, Cheerful, Well Appointed Home on Outer Cape. All appliances are new. Bed is comfortable and has lots of pillows. Couch is comfortable and big enough for sharing all stretched out while watching Hulu. Has second room with two bunk beds. Home has an open and clean style with fresh flowers inside and out. Nice patio for outdoor space. Lots of nice personal touches - even the towels smell fresh and soothing. The outdoor shower gives you the feeling you are at a retreat or spa - Pure Zen! Great place to clear your mind, recharge body and soul! Close to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. Truro is a beautiful place for simple country living New England style. Close to Provincetown and Wellfleet. Hosts are a joy to talk with and are gracious and responsive to any needs that arise. Thank you Zita and Cloee for a great stay! Cassie and Jerry.

Fantastic getaway!

My mom, two kids and I stayed at this lovely apartment for a week in August. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The space was so sweet, and Zita has carefully thought of everything a guest might need - from two different types of coffee makers to lots of extra pillows and bath towels, to plenty of high quality dishes and cookware in the kitchen. It’s clear that making guests comfortable is her main objective and that the place is a true labor of love. The patio outside was a perfect satellite “office” for me to work from, while my kids and mom played at the beach all week. Truro is a gem and you’ll be near Ptown and all the other joys of the outer Cape. Twinkling lights at night make the yard feel magical. We will be back!!

Truro has always had a visceral effect on me. For as long as I can remember, this land spoke to my soul. I started renting in this area in my early 20's. After a 2007 Cancer diagnosis, I went back to college to fulfill a life long dream of becoming a teacher. Later in 2019 in what can only be described as fateful timing, we were able to purchase our home and rehab it . I now commute and spend every free moment I can here in Truro.

Love and care went into every detail of this dream realized in 2019. We subcontracted each part of this remodel and have designed every detail This home was inhabitable and gutted to the studs . As a former renter in Truro for 30+ years, we feel incredibly grateful to have been fortunate enough to create this space for my family and friends and to share it with my guests.

We have strived to pay attention to details that will make this experience comfortable and enjoyable. We are a quick drive or shuttle to P-Town but also close to Wellfleet's harbor, shops and drive-in theatre. Payomet Performing Arts Center in Truro is a great venue to see talented artists.
