If you dream of relaxation, nature but also of discovering the heritage of our beautiful South-West, between Toulouse noon, Armagnac and the Pyrenees, come and join us in Esclassan, a small town in the south of the Gers, 25 km from Auch and 40 km from Marciac only (world-famous Jazz festival, end of July, beginning of August).<br>You will be welcomed by the owners in your holiday home. In a quiet countryside, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Pyrenees.<br>This 3-star cottage of 57m2, COMFORTABLE AND VERY WELL EQUIPPED, can accommodate 4 PEOPLE.<br>We gladly accept a small dog: our private garden is not totally fenced but its large surface area allows your pet to frolic freely.<br>The cottage is located in a large wooded park with garden furniture, sunbeds, grill, children's games.<br>On the adjoining covered terrace, facing south, but shaded, you can have breakfast in the morning.<br> This cottage includes on the first floor, a living room (TV/DVD, radio, HI-FI, sofa) with a fully equipped American kitchen (combined electric oven-microwave, washing machine, dishwasher...)<br>Upstairs a rest-reading area on the mezzanine, a bedroom with a 140 bed, in the other bedroom 2 beds 90. These two bedrooms each have a private bathroom/toilet.<br>We can lend bed, playpen, high chair for baby.<br>Guests can benefit from bicycle storage adjacent to the terrace and private parking.<br>Nearby you will find: <br>all shops, markets.<br>For the local gastronomy: many farmhouses -inn and sale of foie gras.<br>For leisure activities: cinema, swimming pool, equestrian centre, hiking or cycling trails, educational farm, hanging forest.<br>Nature lovers can also observe migratory birds on the Astarac lake and go fishing.<br>For cultural discoveries:<br>the historic centre of Auch; the architecture and heritage of the typical villages of the Gers.<br>Toulouse and its activities focused on space and aeronautics<br>Discoveries of the small Pyrenean villages, Pic du Midi, lakes of the Aure valley.<br>For now, a few festival dates:<br>End of July 2026: Tempo Latino in Vic-Fezensac 1st European Latin Music Festival<br>from July 20 to August 5, 2025: Jazz in Marciac.
