La Ferme du Manoir, Maison de Charme à 5 Minutes de Bayeux

Family home located in an 18th century estate including a manor house and outbuildings, close to Bayeux and the D-Day landing beaches.<br>This old farmhouse has its own independent entrance and an enclosed garden. Composed of a large room (living room, dining room) overlooking the garden and a kitchen.<br>Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. The 1st bedroom of 25 m2 (King Size bed), has 2 travel cots and a baby cot (3/4 years old) to sleep up to 2 young children (max 5 years old).<br><br>The house can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. (2 adults and 2 children up to 5 years old in the 25 m2 master bedroom)<br>In the garden, you can use the garden furniture and barbecue facilities.<br>You can bring your car into the property and park under the porch.<br>The house is in the middle of the fields, so there are cows visible in the neighboring field.<br>The house is south facing, ideal for enjoying the sun until the end of the afternoon.<br>Guests can use the wood burning stove in the living room.<br>The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. We leave all the groceries in the kitchen so you don't have to buy the basics, such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, soap, etc... We just ask tenants to replace the products when they are finished.<br><br>Bed linen and towels are provided for the 2 double beds but not for the travel cots/children's beds.<br>To accommodate your children, we leave at your disposal a travel cot, a baby cot, a playpen, small chairs, as well as toys and beach games.<br>On the equipment side, there are 2 televisions, each connected to a Chromecast that will allow you to watch your programs from your tablet or smartphone.<br>This house is our family home and we occupy it on weekends and holidays, so it is a living house, in which we leave personal belongings such as books, linen, objects in the laundry room, and closets are reserved for us.<br><br>The reception is done independently thanks to a key box.<br>Upon arrival, you will find the beds made and the cleaning will be taken care of by our team when you leave.<br>Your departure will also be autonomous, or you will hand over the keys to the cleaning staff according to your departure time.<br>I remain available throughout the stay if needed.<br>
