Terri is a wonderful and caring host at her beautiful cottage in Delray Beach!Without a question she is an animal lover and also very knowledgeable about what’s good in the area. I am relocating to Southern Florida, and found the cottage a peaceful place in an incredible location, just steps away from the thriving restaurant row Delray Beach has to offer.Also walking distance to the Intracoastal Waterway and this thing called The Ocean… when it was time to unwind after days spent doing relocation due dilligence, interviews and getting documents scanned, this cottage was in the perfect location for me to either stay in and relax, or venture out for a nite cap on the water!!Cannot recommend highly enough! Delray Beach is such a fun place, I decided to find a place here and stay!!
My cat enjoyed the view of the beautiful backyard!
She also found the rest of the cottage relaxing!

Peaceful little paradise!

The property was centrally located near the downtown area of Delray Beach... very easy to get to restaurants and activities. Terri, the owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The cottage was equipped with everything one would need on vacation!

Peaceful serenity

We had a wonderful stay at Terri’s place. It is in a safe and quiet part of town but only within a few walking blocks from the action of downtown. Everything you need is available at her place and if there is something you need, Terri will be sure to provide it. I would definitely stay again.

A perfect peaceful retreat!

I had the most wonderful stay at this cozy cottage! Just a short walk to the beach, it was the ideal place to enjoy some tranquility and fresh air. The cottage itself is private and peaceful, with a gorgeous backyard that was perfect for relaxing and letting my dog roam around.The owner was incredibly generous and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It was clear they cared about making the stay comfortable for both me and my pup.Additionally, the location is fantastic—just a short stroll to everything on the avenue, so it was easy to explore local shops, cafes, and more while still enjoying the peaceful surroundings when we returned.This cottage was the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with their dog. I’ll definitely be back!

Very close to everything on Atlantic Ave

Perfect location. Walked to tennis center. Little house has everything you need. Separate living room, bed room. Full kitchen well stocked with pots and pans if you want to cook. Small dining area inside and a great outdoor dining area. Gazebo with bar, fountain and lovely private outdoor area. Enjoyed our stay and Teri is a super host.

Great place, great owners

Everything was exactly as advertised. A cozy cottage with all I needed to cook, work, read and sleep. Beautiful backyard with gazebos and a daybed. 5 minute walk to Atlantic Ave. Caring, communicative hosts Terri and Kristoffer went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I'll be back.

Wonderful cottage with an amazing, tranquil backyard.

Terri is a wonderful, attentive host. The cottage is comfortable and quiet. Only a two block walk to Atlantic and it’s vibrant collection of restaurants, bars, and shops. Beaches are clean with beautiful, clean blue-green water with a quick 10-15 minute drive. Highly recommended!

Great little cottage right downtown

My Mom stayed here while visiting me and we were pleased. The host is particularly nice and accommodating, and checked how things were going regularly. The backyard is gorgeous!

Terri’s place was one of my best experiences renting from VRBO. The cottage had plenty of space, was clean, and came with all the amenities I needed plus some. Terri was so kind! She has put so much detail into making her place comfortable for a renter. She will be my first call anytime I’m looking to rent in Delray. Thank you Terri!

PROPERTY IS LOCATED 1/4 MILE FROM ATLANTIC AVE. WHERE SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, LIVE MUSIC, MUSEUM, TENNIS TOURNAMENTS, ETC. IS ALL GOING ON AND ONLY 1/2 MILE TO THE OCEAN. COTTAGE WAS PERFECT FOR TWO PEOPLE WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED PROVIDED BY TERRI WHO WAS VERY GENEROUS AND ACCOMMODATING. THE BACK YARD/GARDEN AREA IS BEAUTIFUL WITH GRILL, BAR, CABANA, PATIO SET TO RELAX AND ENJOY. VERY NICE.....

February Getaway

My husband and I spent the month of February 2018 at this guest house. The location was perfect being just two blocks from Atlantic Ave. The guesthouse was very cute and stocked with everything we needed for the month. The Zen Garden surrounding the house was a great place to lay back and read or just relax surrounded by palm tress and flowers. The owner was extremely accommodating and made our stay the perfect winter getaway! Thanks Terri and look forward to seeing you next year.

Great Location, Walk to Beach and all the Fabulous Restaurants

My husband and I spent the month of January at Terri's cottage and enjoyed it so much we already booked a return visit. Terri is the perfect host as she gives you total privacy, however if you need anything her response time is immediate. The cottage is perfect for 2 with a well stocked kitchen and a new gas grill. The yard is beautiful and perfect for dining and relaxing outdoors. One of our highlights was a visit to Morikami Gardens which also has a lovely café overlooking their gardens. There are so many great restaurants but our favorites were: DaDa, Jimmy's Bistro, J&J Seafood Bistro and The Sundy House. We also really enjoyed Das Landhus which was a lovely German bakery that has a beautiful indoor and outdoor area along with a delicious lunch menu. What we loved most about the area was being able to walk to all of these restaurants and also being able to walk to the beach. There are 2 bikes for use and there is also a free trolley ride to the beach if you prefer not to walk or ride one of the bikes. We are already looking forward to our return trip so thank you Terri.

Perfect cottage for 2

My husband and I spent the month of March in Terri's cottage. We loved the location it's an easy walk to Atlantic ave where the restraunts and shopping are at its best! The cottage was perfect for 2.persons Terri was a great hostess and even got us 2 new bikes! Thanks Terri! One of the best points of our stay was the lovely yard. Terri has made a zen quality yard that is more than relaxing and private. We had guests to dinner, cooked on gas grill, lit the candles, opened the wine and enjoyed the sounds of the water garden. We will surely return! Thank you again Terri.

Lovely cottage in great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Terri's cottage! The photos don't do it justice - the space was perfect for two people, very quaint and comfortable. The outdoor space is beautiful and very accessible. The location was perfect for us, a few blocks walk to restauants and shops. Terri was lovely to work with - available and helpful, while still providing a very private and quiet retreat for her guests. We hope to return soon!

Great place in Delray

We spent the month of January and are coming back. Location is very close to the beginning of Atlantic and S. Swinton were the action begins and never stops. lovely walk to the ocean with much to see and do on route easily distracted by the numerous restaurants and coffee shops not to mention the free entertainment in the restaurants and the square. Terri is very accommodating and her place is good for two people with a lovely garden which is all yours (very private). There is a free bus service on Atlantic Ave. you need to flag it down and it's yours right to the beach.

a months sojourn in Delray Beach

A delightfull spot to spend time in South Florida, the guest house is perfect for two. Renovated, and decorated beautifully, it has much charm, situated privately behind gates from the drive, with a lush garden in the rear,with seating and eating space, a small pond with a waterfall, and a gazebo,perfect for reading and taking a nap.Flowers were ablaze in March, and the mango tree was beginning to bear fruit. It is well equipped for preparing light meals indoors, and we took full advantage of the gas grill in the garden The Morakami gardens,in Delray are quite interesting, and the Cornell Cafe, overlooking the Japanese gardens, is a wonderful place to have lunch. Jimmy's Bistro, just up the road on the way to downtown, was our favorite spot for dinner, and, in Pineapple Grove,just north of downtown, is Cafe Brule and Wine bar- another we enjoyed. I have recommended the guesthouse to friends, and we would not hesitate to spent more time there, if we once again head to Delray Beach.

Wonderful Month in Delray Beach

We experienced a wonderful month in Delray Beach in this little cottage in the heart of town. Built for two this small cottage is close to all the restaurants and just a short bicycle ride to the beach on the cruisers Terri provides. The yard was terrific, secluded and quiet with a small pond, day bed and large barbeque. Everyday began with a walk to the ocean with a stop on the intracoastal to wait for the manatees. Most days were spent at the beach. Evenings took in Atlantic Ave. and some terrific food and drink or grilling on the barbeque. Terri couldn't have been more helpful and had wonderful recommendations. We'd love to do it again.

Very comfortable and well...

Very comfortable and well appointed cottage centrally located near downtown. Lots of restaurants within walking distance (three blocks to town). The backyard is very relaxing with multiple areas to hang out. I would recommend this VRBO for a couple - the until is small but perfect for two.

We just spent 5 nights he...

We just spent 5 nights here and found it to be delightful. It is small, but very well appointed. I was able to run and walk to the beach and enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of Atlantic Ave! Back yard is very private and beautiful. It was great and I'll come again for my next visit.
