Les Bellangers 1 - Piscine et Jacuzzi

We propose to you to the rent, in Artigues, this charming house with above ground swimming pool and inflatable jacuzzi, of a surface of 160 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 80 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 1 500 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 80 m², south facing lounge with TV, Wifi, sofa and dining area in the kitchen.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds.
- A bathroom with shower and double sink.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- An above ground swimming pool (private, not heated) size 5×3, 1m20 deep, not secured open from the end of May to the end of September depending on weather conditions. Opening dates are not contractual.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 1,500 m², facing East-West with swings, a soccer cage and a 12x3m petanque court to entertain young and old.
- A terrace accessible from the kitchen with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A pool house accessible from the terrace with an inflatable jacuzzi (4 guests) available all year round and a ping-pong table.

For even more comfort : high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Artigues, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in the heart of the forest. You will be close to all the essential shops (4 km and 15 minutes by car) as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
- Visit Provence, the holy victory (Caves), the Luberon and its lavender fields, the Basilica of the holy baume, the regional park...
- Air market in Provence (30 minutes).
- Gorges du Verdon (1h).
- Museum of civilization in Marseille MUCEM (1h).
- The beaches of the Var, Cassis, St Maxime and St Tropez (1h/1h20).

Transportation:
- You can park directly on the parking lot outside the house.
- Nearest train station : Aix en Provence (45 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport : Marseille Provence (55 minutes by car).

- Sheets and towels included.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- The house is semi-detached.
- Any child swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are not contractual.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of the reception. An additional fee may be requested.
