LA MAVÉRIA – Elegant 100 m² flat near Lake Annecy

Fully equipped and tastefully decorated, La Mavéria offers two bedrooms overlooking the courtyard, a spacious living room, a separate TV lounge, a fitted kitchen, a utility room, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a separate toilet and a lovely south-west-facing terrace.

A private parking space reserved for tenants is also available within the block of flats.

Shops are right on the ground floor of the building: a bakery and tea room, a grocery shop, a chemist’s and a delicatessen and butcher’s. The lake and the promenades in Albigny are easily accessible.

The flat does not have air conditioning, but several ceiling and portable fans are available during hot spells.

Please note: the bedrooms are situated above a bakery. Some morning activity may occasionally be noticeable, although noise levels have been significantly reduced in recent years.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
