This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is a bit "modern-rustic" with a two-sided porch, and walking distance to the riverfront. With 6 beds, can sleep up to 12 people with kids (but 10 is max for adults). It has a full kitchen, living/dining area, Roku TV, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of places to relax outside, including a gas grill and a firepit.



Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals of various sizes. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront and spacious lawn area across the road from the office area. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include a few kayaks and life vests. Don't forget to bring your tubes for lazy floating!



Casa Blanca is managed by STAYHILLCOUNTRY (visit for group and event info). We are committed to offering every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning and restocking fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.

Great little family vacation

Family of 10 stayed 3 nights. Nice river spot, clean secluded home with everything you’d need and comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed and will certainly book again.

45th Bday River Trip

The property and house was great! The river access area was very fun with all the floats and kayaks you need there. I would stay there again. Management was very nice and responsive when ever we needed to reach out.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving with some of our kids and grandkids. The house was adorable. Huge bathrooms! It had all the amenities and was very clean! We'll be back for sure!

Graduation weekend

Comfortable and homey! The wrap around porch was the greatest especially in the morning for coffee. Roomy kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Wifi and good tv service. Great beds and bathrooms. Even though you have to walk a ways to the river. It's a superb place for swimming, diving, floating, just sitting. Would visit again.

Graduation Trip

Our extended families gathered under one roof to celebrate my son's graduation. It was wonderful having us all together in one place rather than spread out in various hotel rooms across Kerrville. We had plenty of beds for everyone and all the amenities we could think of. It was perfect!

Family Christmas

Six adult family members and two golden doodles met in Ingram Tx and enjoyed Christmas eve's eve, eve and day together. Initially the location and being pet friendly led us to this property. We loved the entire stay. The host was amazing. His communication was timely, accurate , helpful and perfect. The home was exactly as it was shown on the website: rustic, spacious outside, a sleeping arraignments were perfect. Two large full baths and plenty of towels. Kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans, utensils and the appliances were newer. The sitting space in front of the TV was large enough for our party of six but if there were many more than six, it may be slightly cramped .The patio deck/fire pit/ outdoor seating was top notch. We recommend this property and will plan on staying again in the summer months to take advantage of the water and outdoor recreational area. Two thumbs up to the host for making us feel so welcome.

Family/Friends trip

We (3 families) rented Eddies place as several of us were participating in the Kerville Triathlon. The place was great and fit everyone and was close to the race venues. Check in and check out was easy and Eddie was very communicative!

Great place for a family get away!

Lots of room for outdoor activities at the house. Nice restful place on the river. Lots of water safety and kayaks for everyone to enjoy. Rules for returning items may need to be posted because a large group that was also there trashed the area out and made other people uncomfortable.

River bliss

We absolutely loved the location. Moments walk to the river. Plenty of kayaks and tubes were provided, along with a rope swing. Cabin was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the 8 of us. Full kitchen (needs more forks). We will definitely be back!!

Nice Cabin outside of Town

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It had all of the amenities we needed. Our Grandson’s enjoyed swimming and fishing. The hosts were very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back again.

Family Fun

After many months as for most families due to COVID, we were finally able to plan a family retreat. I have used Vrbo in the past so I searched for a place on the Guadalupe river. A listing came up called Casa Blanca and it looked perfect. The reservation process was so easy. The owners of Casa Blanca reached out to me by email as well. They are absolutely the nicest people you will every meet. The cabin was awesome, very clean. We had a family of 10 and the cabin was cozy and comfortable. There are so many things to do. The river is just across the street and Casa Blanca provided many things to make your stay fun such as games indoor and outside.. I recommend them highly. We do hope to return in the near future.
