Ski family weekend

What an amazing house, full of so many great rooms and fun activities for everyone. We celebrated my father in law’s 80th birthday here. 3 fireplaces were all enjoyed. Family had a blast playing darts, games, video games, lounging by the fires, and enjoying each other in all the different spaces. Beautiful natural wood dining table and benches for all to sit together. The only thing was that it states sleeps 20 but there weren’t 20 beds. We brought a couple air mattresses and that worked great. Tons of space! Loved the ski vibes, way the house was decorated, the amazing updated bathrooms, sauna was perfect after skiing at Mt.Snow. We appreciated the quick responses to questions. Truly grateful to have had this opportunity to stay here. We made some great family memories! Highly recommend!!

Summer Weekend Stay

We had a small issue with flies in the kitchen trash compacter. All the bedrooms and common area's were clean. Host was so thoughtful and helpful with their guidebook and extra treats when we arrived! Overall great stay and would come again!

Great stay!

Very nice large house with beautiful backyard for lawn games and lounging. We had a large group of adults and everyone had a great time. Mike is very easy to communicate with and even offered some suggestions on things to do in the area during our stay. Would love to come back soon!

Group Ski Trip

Mike's property was perfect for hosting my 20 person group ski trip to Mt. Snow. The house is an easy 15 minute drive from the mountain and has a couple of grocery stores nearby which were very convenient. We experienced a winter storm during our stay and the fact that the home is located just off of a main road was a life saver. The host was very responsive and helpful, the home is well stocked and the ample number of bathrooms was great for our large group. Sleeping arrangements were a little tight at 20 people and we ended up using some airbeds, but we all felt perfectly comfortable and happy with our stay overall.

Sibling Vacation

Our family has been taking sibling vacations for about 30 years now. We choose large houses that can sleep up to 20, usually on a lake. This house, with its blow-up queen mattresses and cots allowed us to reach 20, maybe one night, and although it was not on a lake, it was a short ride away from one that allowed us to swim and use our blow-up kayaks. We do our own cooking each night, so enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. With our crowds of people, including visitors, we appreciated the six bathrooms. We also loved the southern Vermont locale, which also afforded nice hikes, and enjoyable visits to Brattleboro.

Weekend away with girlfriends

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and fully equipped with all of the games and activities one could hope for. Perfect location as it is close to town and a short drive from lakes and hikes. We had an incredible time in Wilmington!

Good company, better accommodations

The house is perfect for any gathering possible. The owner was extremely helpful, gracious, and throughout the entire weekend kept sending updates on events that our group could be interested in around Wilmington. Plenty of space and extremely clean and quaint, we cannot wait to get back up there again.

Perfect getaway for a big group

The Matteo's place was a perfect setting to have a bachelorette weekend. The place was huge, with plenty of beds for everyone, tons of seating, and every amenity we could ask for. The jacuzzi tubs and outdoor spaces were incredible additions. Mike was very communicative and helpful and his welcome guide was very informative. Thanks so much for having us!

Perfect Getaway

Great spot for a large gathering

Came up with a group of 13 for an annual retreat. The place was ideal -- beautiful house with plenty of space, great backyard with pond and grill and fireplace, very nice rural setting.

Great getaway with family

A great getaway to enjoy some winter fun with family. Plenty to do for all ages at this home. Home is well kept and stays warm in the cold weather. Would definitely return!

Thanksgiving trip

The house worked beautifully for our group of 10 adults and 3 children. We were entirely comfortable the entire time. Nice open floor plan on lower level to spread out. Adults could enjoy the living room and fireplace and children had the back room for toys and games. Suffice it to say all ages enjoyed the game console! It was exactly what we expected, very pleased. Host was great too, very communicative.

A beautiful and cozy getaway inside and out for a small or large family <3

My family and I had a lovely stay at Mike’s property! Mike was very responsive and accommodating. The house was so gorgeous and had every amenity you could think of; a lovely deck with a view of the pond and little bridge, the sun room was great in the morning. Love that we had the option to put cars in the garage and in front of the house which has a little round about so you don't have to reverse out of the driveway. The architect was most visually appealing from the wooden beams to the openness of the living space and the fact that you can overlook the living room from the top of the stairs. So many bedrooms and bathrooms. It is also very close to town and a few restaurants! We love the coziness of the house and how much space we had to lounge around. We highly recommend anyone to stay here during any season, super fun with friends and with family.

Can't wait to rent again!!!

Beautiful (and comfortable!!!) house, fabulous location, great communicative (can't stress how helpful he was) host - what else could one ask for? We had a large family gathering and we were coming from all different locations and all different times. There were plenty of bedrooms with lot's of room/bed configurations, plenty of bathrooms which didn't run out of hot water (yay!!!!), and plenty of parking (really important when a lot of people are coming separately!) The house is well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay and lot's of entertainment options for all ages. We will definitely stay here again when we have another large group.

Best place for family/friends getaway

The place was well equipped, with many options for kids to be engaged. The backyard was a good hangout spot for adults as well as kids, with fire ring as a highlight. Firewood was provided for fire places which was an added advantage. All in all, a stay to cherish.

Wonderful Property

The house is just as amazing as it looks online. We didn't get to swim in the pond due to the weather unfortunately, but still had a great time. The speaker system, arcade game table, and other fun amenities ensured a good time for all! Mike, the host, was very communicative and helpful. Absolutely no complaints from me!

Great house for groups

This house had everything for us. Plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out and was in close proximity to breweries, stores and golf courses. Mike was in communication all weekend to make sure our stay was a good one. We hope to be back next year!

Amazing weekend getaway

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Mike's home! The home is great for large groups and even more beautiful in person! There is something for everyone to do. Our group of friends had a great time with the game room, sauna, backyard + pond, and fully stocked kitchen. The house has everything you could possibly need, and Mike was super helpful in accommodating our group and providing suggestions for things to do.
