Charming stay!

The host was very responsive. The house is full of antique charm and having a fenced yard was convenient. It is walking distance to the water too which made evening strolls relaxing. I recommend staying here.

Great host!

Property was very clean and well kept. They responded quick and answered all questions I had. I accidentally over slept and checked out late and they had no issues with it. Couldn’t ask for a better host

Trip for our grandsons first birthday

We came up to Virginia to celebrate my grandsons first birthday. There was plenty of room for him to play while he (they) were visiting. Room enough to eat a meal with our family. The only con for us, is that there wasn’t a king bed in one of the bedrooms. I would say about 75% of the vrbo places we looked at didn’t have king beds though. The house is in a nice area. The host responded to all ???

The apartment is clean and has everything you need, including a washer/dryer. The area is very quiet and you can walk a block and are able to enjoy the James River and the Chesapeake Bay! Just a wonderful area.

Overall it was a nice stay. They need a new pump for the air mattress, and I am sensitive to smells and there is a slight water/damp smell, otherwise it was convenient to location and I would stay there again.

We were in town for EYBL. Having your own washing machine to deal with sweaty clothes is invaluable. About 15 min drive to venues. 1 block from ocean.

Perfect for visiting family and touring Hampton

We chose this property because it was near family we were visiting and we weren’t sure how much time we would have for sightseeing. It was so easy to visit family from the location and it was close to good food and sightseeing, which we did have time to do. It’s a great property and home! Parking is always easy and available, the house stayed cool, we were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen!

Hampton 3205A

This downstairs unit had everything we needed and Lynn was extremely responsive. There was some sound from the unit upstairs due to the age of the house and the people above not understanding sound carries. This unit also has the feel that improvements are ongoing which will improve the appearance. Next time we are in town visiting, we will definitely try to stay in this unit again. Please note that this is an older home in an older neighborhood with homeowners. These neighbors are extremely friendly and I encourage you to say hello.

Comfy & Convenient For Local College Visit

Peacefully quiet neighborhood. Simply decorated unit was perfectly functional for bringing a college kid to school. Communication was responsive and easy. Bathtub could be upgraded. Bedroom blinds needed to be replaced. Neighbor fussed about parking where we were told we could park. Otherwise, a really pleasant stay. Would go back for sure.
