Luxury, beachfront condo on Provo's Grace Bay Beach, rated #1 in the world by Conde Nast traveler magazine and Trip Advisor!! Our suite is located on the second floor in the only beachfront building. The balcony overlooks the beach - this is as close as you can get to Grace Bay Beach in Provo. You need to see it to believe it!!

Surrounded by beautifully lush landscaped grounds, the suite is elegantly upgraded, with all the amenities provided to help you enjoy a fabulous hideaway in the Caribbean. Located on the original, and best, part of Grace Bay Beach. We are close to the Championship 18-Hole Golf Course, fine and casual dining and retail. Eat at any of the fabulous fine dining restaurants along the beach (all within an easy walk) or dine at the resort’s own Pelican Bay restaurant.

Suite 123 overlooks the pristine white sandy beach and turquoise water of Grace Bay Beach. Relax on the large balcony overlooking the beach, fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to see the ocean when you sit up in bed!

This upgraded centre Studio Deluxe suite is perhaps the best studio in the resort. Enjoy the comfort of knowing the suite you booked is the one you get. Our guests return year after year to enjoy the views and the fast, reliable customer service.

Great location.

The condo has a great view and is comfortable. We enjoyed exploring some of the areas remote beaches which are gorgeous and indescribable! Some of the area restaurant’s are fabulous. The resort was nice and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Wonderful stay

Just returned from a perfect stay in the unit. It is very nicely updated and well maintained. It's clean, comfortable and stocked with all the necessities. The location speaks for itself, with perfect views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets.

Perfect Get Away

Our first trip to Turks and Caicos and we cant say enough good about it Royal West Indies Resort and Unit 123 is amazingly beautiful, quiet and relaxing Casey was awesome answering all of our questions and providing great recommendations for dining and activities We very much enjoyed the island and would highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The resort was quaint and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Loved the location on the beach. The view of the beach and ocean from this unit is incredible. And the people were very friendly! We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this room! The view and large porch make SUCH a difference. The resort itself was quiet, and there were always chairs available at the beach or pool. Our favorite part was the beach was so close to our room, it was never a pain to have to go back to grab something! We left drinks, phones, sunscreen in the room, and would just pop back inside if we needed anything.

Peaceful and quiet stay

This was the perfect place to stay on TCI for our relaxing holiday. The resort is lovely, the beach perfect, and the condo ideal. The condo itself could use a little TLC (e.g. curtain rod fell off while there, second set of sheets were a little pilly, etc.) but this is more for the owners' knowledge. I'd go back here in a minute.

Lovely property

This is a wonderful studio at the Royal West Indies Resort right on the beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The beach is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The room was clean and the accommodations were amazing! The host answered any questions promptly and check in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo, great location

This was our first time staying here and it was amazing! The view of the ocean from your private deck is beautiful, you can hear the waves! The resort staff are very friendly and helpful. Pelican Bar on site has great food and drinks! Several restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Thanks again! We will be back!

Gorgeous View of Grace Bay

My husband and I stayed here for a week celebrating our 30th Anniversary. It was a beautiful spot with a gorgeous view of Grace Bay. We were able to purchase a few groceries at the market and the room had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast everyday to enjoy out on our deck. There was also a cooler bag in the room which we used to pack our snacks for the day as we explored the island. The view on the deck was spectacular! We were also left a lovely bottle of vino for our Anniversary as well ❤️ The room and bathroom were nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would love to stay at this spot again!

Shhhh... Keep this a secret.

Almost hate to add to the praises of this unit cause we want to book it over and over again. It has a killer view of Grace Bay beach from the balcony; clean as a whistle; all the essentials of a studio, plus a large enough fridge and a brand new w/d that has space age bells and whistles. Elaine does an easy peasy check in and mid stay clean and we couldn't ask for more. And...RWI is possibly the most beautiful botanical garden enhanced resort on the island. Can't wait for our next visit.

Breathtaking

This is a beautiful property and the staff is so friendly. This unit is exactly as pictured. The view is simply stunning. There are two beautiful pools, a nice restaurant and easy access to everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are available daily with no hassle. The unit is very well stocked. You will be greeted by a very nice host and shown all the amenities. Don’t second guess your decision. Book this one! You won’t regret it. We had an amazing time.

Great stay, beautiful condo

Recently stayed at unit 123. Great location right on the beach with wonderful views. We were late in arriving but Elaine was most accommodating in our change of plans. Unit had everything we needed, including a cooler to take to the beach! The only issue we had, and through no fault of the owners, was the loud, thumpy music we could hear in the evenings coming from Club Med. Made it difficult to sit on the balcony and enjoy ourselves. Would definitely recommend staying here though and would love to come back sometime.

Excellent as always

The new owners have nicely upgraded Suite 123 with state of the art fans. We tried to use the air conditioner, but I think I screwed something up. After that we didn’t use the air conditioner, but we didn’t really need it because the weather was great. Check in was easy and mid-week service was all we needed or wanted. Already booked for next January.
