The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-François, this charming apartment with sight sea, the beach is with the foot of the apartment, of a surface of 125 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 22 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and two loggia, one of which is about 32 m² to enjoy the view. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 22 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A loggia of about 32 m², accessible from the living room giving onto a second living and dining area. You can enjoy the sea air and the view on the sea and the beach.
- A second loggia, accessible from the two bedrooms, offers a view of the Marina and the setting sun.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment, within a residence in the marina area. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activity :
Founded in 1963 during a Franciscan mission, Saint-François has become one of the most developed tourist centers in Guadeloupe.
- Tourist sites: Admire the Pointe des Châteaux, bask on the white sandy beach of Raisins Clairs or the beach of Anse à la Gourde. For a sensational beach, go and get splashed on the beach of La Douche, it is composed of small pools and you can be splashed by the ebb of the waves.
- Sporting activities: Try your hand at all kinds of water sports, discover the sea bed during diving sessions (scuba or snorkeling), stroll along the fine sandy beaches and walk along the magnificent points and their views ....
- Cultural visits: Go on an excursion to the islands of Marie-Galante or Désirade, visit the city's museum of fine arts...
- Gastronomic heritage: rum distilleries, colombo, love torment, smoked chicken, white eat coconut...
- Events : Market around the Rotunda every morning from Tuesday to Sunday, the tourist market on Tuesday evenings at the Rotunda, the Carnival of Lundi Gras, the rum route every 2 years in October/November...

Transportation :
- You can park directly on the private parking lot of the apartment (1 vehicle).
- Nearest airport: Pointe-à-Pitre (50 minutes by car).
- To rent a car: Several shops are located 5 minutes from the airport. It is advisable to rent a vehicle to discover the island independently.
- Marina and ferry terminal of Saint-François which allow you to reach the surrounding islands by boat every day (Marie-Galante, les Saintes, la Désirade).

Other remarks:
- The accommodation is equipped with a water supply.
- The concierge is English/French speaking.
- Sheets and towels are included.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
