"Les Nichoirs" Cozy cottage in Ussy in the Normandy countryside

Our cottage Les Nichoirs is ideally located between the Suisse Normande, the Pays de Falaise, Caen and the D-Day landing beaches.
A warm atmosphere, a chosen decoration, and a lot of comfort will welcome you in a real cozy little nest and have an excellent stay. You will enjoy a large private garden of 2000m² for a break by the stream (5 to 8cm of water) under our majestic Willow.

We offer you our 60m² single-storey cottage, consisting of a private entrance on the first floor giving access to the living rooms by ONE STAIRWAY.
You will enjoy a beautiful terrace and its wooden pergola overlooking a private garden of 2000m2.
(Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the stairs)


This includes:

1 large room/living room with open kitchen
The kitchen is equipped: oven and induction hob (new), dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer(new)
Starter kit: Oil/Vinegar. Salt/pepper. 1 roll of toilet paper. 2 dishwasher tablets. 1 sponge and 1 dish towel

1 master bedroom (1 bed 160x200) New Emma bedding

1 small bedroom (2 beds 90x190) New Emma bedding

1 bathroom with Italian shower and toilet

1 wooden terrace on the first floor (South/West) with its wooden pergola (2026) as well as a table and chairs for meals.
1 barbecue (cleaning each time)

A laundry room with 1 washing machine

Baby equipment with a travel cot with mattress, a high chair, a bathtub, a changing mat and crockery.

Linen (sheets and towels) is provided and the beds are made on arrival.

A ping pong table

A cute little wooden cabin for kids with outdoor toys.

The cottage has a pellet stove, we put the bags of pellets at your disposal.
