2009 construido casa frente al mar en la playa de Moonstone en Moclips. Esta propiedad de cuatro dormitorios duerme 11 en camas. Esta es la única playa sin automóviles desde Memorial Day hasta Labor Day. Gran bañera de hidromasaje privada.

Magníficas vistas panorámicas hacia el norte y sur frente al océano. Dos dormitorios arriba, uno con un 'retrete con vista'. Dos dormitorios en planta baja. Uno con una cama queen y otro con gemelos y literas con capacidad para cuatro.

Grandes habitaciones cuenta con cocina completa con losa de granito. Mesa de comedor de roble con capacidad para diez, taburetes para cuatro. Asientos de sofás 9.

Simplemente baje sus escalones y hacia las dunas y la playa. No puedes acercarte.

Arriba - Dormitorio principal con cama queen + TV
Arriba: habitación lateral con cama nido / día y cama individual.
Abajo - dormitorio con cama queen + TV

Friends and family weekend

Excellent property for families. Lots of space to spread out. Really enjoyed the large deck and hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of large bowls, pots and pans to make big family dinners. We would stay here again!

Beachfront & Beautiful

We had a wonderful time for Spring Break with our kids and my parents. Perfect house to fit us all with privacy for each but great communal spaces to take in the view - and the sun. Loved the easy beach access and quiet location next to the Moclips river delta. So cool! close to Seabrook and Ocean Shores but in a much quieter location with amazing views. Electric car charger was not functioning, but they were super helpful with convenient other options nearby (cross the street) and in nearby Seabrook and Ocean Shores.

Best accommodations in Moclips

I have stayed at this house at least 3 or 4 times over the past several years. It is a very large, well maintained, very comfortable house. Kitchen is well stocked, and the location cannot be beat. Brand new hot tub and the new expanded deck make this a place that I will keep coming back to over and over. The owner is also lightning fast on email inquiries/replies, which is really helpful. Overall a GREAT place to get away from it all.

Beautiful view.

Stayed with my husband late April/early May. Unbelievably gorgeous view with a private path to the beach. The house was well-appointed - HUGE kitchen! Tons of fluffy blankets to take out onto the patio to stay warm while watching the sunset. Others have mentioned no grill, there's a charcoal grill like what you see in picnic areas/campgrounds, but it is also rather small so if you are cooking for a family, know that this may not be a feasible option. A couple of notes for readers: -The property owner requires an additional $500 deposit (via Zelle, cash, etc). This is refundable AND we did receive a refund very quickly, but this was not noted in the listing, so I wanted to give a heads up. -If your party has a member (or multiple members) with mobility issues, you should know that the entrance to the house is one flight up and the main entrance with the lock is a rather tight, steep spiral staircase. There are much more reasonable stairs in the back that you can access as well but no way to unlock the back door if you are entering the house for the first time, etc. Neither my husband nor I have mobility issues so this was not an issue for the two of us, but when we first entered, my husband unlocked the door at the spiral staircase, then unlocked the glass doors in the back and then we used the back door to get our things into the house. The above said, we would not hesitate to return. It was unbelievably quiet and peaceful when we were there.

Gorgeous House, Gorgeous Beach, Gorgeous Weather

My son, daughter in law and I stayed for 3 days and nights and we were so happy! The house was comfortable, clean and went beyond our expectations. The owner was flexible about our needs. In these Pandemic times, it is so wonderful to reunite with family and have peace of mind.

Some things needed fixed

The freezer leaked onto the kitchen floor the entire stay a new one was delivered the day we were leaving there some decorative items broken and the break was hidden , my guess by clean staff, dining room chair was broken and again hidden, my sister found out when she pulled it out to sit in it. We were charged a lot to stay and we’re not told ahead of time that the freezer did not work and leaked all over the floor . The location was great!!!!! We are a patient bunch and so made due and had a great time 😎

Light filled and an easy fit for 8 with room to spare

The home was clean comfortable and the layout designed to make the most of your own private beach view. Three of us took turns cooking and we all agree that the cookware and utensils were of good quality and functional for meals serving 8 or up. It will be hard NOT to choose a booking here next year.

Amazing place, perfect location

What a lovely beach house. We had age ranges from 5 to 87 and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Location was perfect for a getaway. Hotter was such a nice addition. Check in was easy and someone even came over to help us when we couldn't figure out the cable on one of the tv's. Definitely coming back!!

Beach break

Wonderful location with constant views of the wild ocean through the enormous windows. A 50 yard walk through the dunes and you are on the beach! House was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again.

Right on the Beach

This was my second stay at this property, both experiences were great. Easy check-in at the hotel, house was just as described, but most importantly the beach was fantastic! The house has a beautiful view and is so close to the beach, you can't beat that.

Great house

Perfect location on beach. Quiet. Easy to swim and play at the beach and then run home to shower. The hot tub was incredible. There was plenty of space for kids and adults!

Excellent!!!!!

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Check in/check out was very smooth. The property manager Jim is wonderful. The house was clean and organized. The kitchen had mostly everything you could think of (couldn’t find a strainer and only a couple dish towels but that’s about it) I loved the open floor plan and plenty of room for everyone! They have a hose where you can easily spray off everything after the super quick walk to The beach Here are my suggestions - 1. Bring your own bbq if you want a propane one. They have a state campground grate style bbq but we didn’t bring briquettes and we would’ve been bbq in the rain. So we had my parents bring their portable tabletop propane one and it was perfect. 2- there are no hooks on the fence or anywhere for towels down by the hot tub so when it was raining we had nowhere to put our towels without them getting all wet (which again isn’t the end of the world but even two nails to hang them on would be great) 3- there are no kid plastic dishes, cups, silverware etc so I would recommend bringing some if you have little ones. I left two kids cups but didn’t have anything else) Other than that- there were plenty of blankets sheets towels etc. We will definitely be back!

Amazing View

We had rented this property before, 9 years ago, for my dads 85th B.D. and had a wonderful time. We've talked about renting again and it just never happened; until this year when we celebrated my moms 91st birthday. The weather was amazing and the view can't be beat. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

This is a true beachfront home. There are very few true beachfront homes where it is the house, a small amount of dunes and then the beach.
This part of the beach is also special in that there are no motor vehicles allowed from May to Labor Day.
