Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in the village of Borlagadec on the commune of Bangor, this charming house typically Belle-Iloise to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, one bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 000 m². Sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A shower room with shower, separate toilet at the end of the shower room.
- A second shower room called "summer" benefiting from an outside entrance with shower and WC.
- A laundry room at the bottom of the garage.
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).

For even more comfort: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful plot of about 1,000 m² with a shady, wooded garden area located in front of the house, fenced.
Possibility in the back garden partly fenced (hedge in progress) to park cars, play, a shed is also present with 4 adult bicycles available including locks.
- A wooden terrace of about 18 m² in front of the house, facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and protected by a low wall behind which are hydrangeas.

The house is ideally located, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Hiking along the 80 km of coastal paths.
- Discover the beaches, the wild coast, water sports on the beach of Grands Sables, surfing in Donnant, the life of Sarah Bernhardt, the market of Bangor, the port of Sauzon, the Citadelle Vauban in Palais... (small personalized guide available in the accommodation).

Transports:
- You will be able to park directly on the grounds of the house.
- Nearest train station: Palais ferry station located at about 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike.
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique at about 3h04 minutes by car.
To reach Belle Ile, you can sail from the ports of Quiberon, Vannes and Lorient. You can book your ticket with the company Océane.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included (excluding beach towels).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The garage is not usable for parking.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
