The house has one bedroom, one bathroom and kitchen upstairs and a bedroom downstairs. There are comfortable queen size beds upstairs and downstairs. It is 15 miles from Round Top and 10 miles from Brenham,Tx. There are lots of huge oak trees on this beautiful 97 acre farm where cows will eat out of your hand. We serve a delicious fresh, hot breakfast with coffee, juice, milk and fresh fruit. The house is equipped with WiFi, TV/DVD and EV friendly car charging . Laundry equipment available upon request.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and only wished we had had more time to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the surroundings on the property. The breakfast was exceptional and all the little details in the house made for a very warm and hospitable stay.

I highly recommend this kTexas treasure! The host is an amazing lady whose care for her guests is felt from the minute you walk into the place till you leave! Breakfast was 10 stars! Come see you will not be disappointed!!!

This was the perfect spot to get some much needed rest after a long day at Round Top. It's conveniently located just 12 minutes away from Blue Hills. The breakfast was delicious and the personalized washcloth was incredibly thoughtful.

Sharon was incredibly thoughtful and extremely generous in the space. Because it is a bit remote, the snacks and bottled drinks were quite helpful. We also thoroughly enjoyed feeding the sweet cows. Gracious, relaxed, and so hospitable!

We had a great time and Sharon was the best host. Felt very cared for and special. Breakfast was amazing and the personalized hand towels were a great touch. Looking forward to staying there again! Would recommend to anyone that is staying in the area.

We stayed just one night but it was a perfect and lovely stay. The place was very clean, looked just like the pictures. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked and organized. It was Sharon’s hospitality and attention to detail that made this place worth it. She communicated the week before the stay to ask about any dietary restrictions for breakfast and if there was anything else we needed. She had the fridge stocked with ice cream and drinks. She had monogrammed wash cloths for me and my mom, and the hand delivered breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. The property is beautiful and quiet and we had the most gorgeous sunrise. I highly recommend this place.

? We don’t know. The day we were to arrive. She told us no pets. When I booked I always put pet friendly. So I was out all the money and had to find a new place seeing we were going to round top for 4 days. We found a wonderful place and the host was amazing. We told her our pet was only 10 lbs and would never be left alone.

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint BnB. Sharon had our names embroidered on face cloths for us when we arrived, which was so sweet. The breakfast of fresh fruit, quiche and a muffin was delightful. The sunrise in the morning, which was visible from the kitchen window, was spectacular!

The accommodation at Cheezspred BNB was immaculate, very quiet, with everything we could have wanted. My lifelong friend and I stayed just one night, but would have loved to stay longer. Upon arrival, in the bathroom, we found washcloths with each of names embroidered on them. A variety of toiletries were also on the shelf. Such a nice personal touch! The kitchen was appointed with coffee, cream, ice cream, and juice. If you would choose to prepare meals at the barn, you probably would find all of the appliances and tools that you need.The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the two beds, one upstairs and one down, were quite comfy. In the morning, our sweet host Sharon, appeared at our door with breakfast--ham, a wedge of warm French Toast casserole, and a parfait of granola, yogurt, and fresh fruit. What a feast! Plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. My life-long friend and I had a lovely time at the BNB and would definitely return again.Many thanks to Sharon for a wonderful visit!

Such a wonderful stay! The property is just the coziest and perfectly situated in the country for a relaxing getaway. Sharon is such an attentive host from communications, wonderful breakfast and the monogrammed washcloths. The house is spotless and perfectly equipped with everything you need. Absolutely 5-stars!! And feeding the cows is an added bonus
