Our house is located in a quiet hamlet, surrounded by greenery and a garden with a pool.
The first floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave,
coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher), a separate restroom, a spacious living/dining room, and a
bedroom with a 140-size bed and a private shower room with a toilet.
Upstairs is a large bedroom with one 140-bed and two 90-beds, as well as an adjoining bathroom.
You’ll also find a loft with a reading nook and a work area.
An extra bed can be added to the large bedroom using the pull-out bed (90 cm).
The sleeper sofa also provides two additional sleeping spots.
A crib and high chair are available upon request.
Outside, there is a fully equipped terrace (garden furniture, umbrella, and grill), an enclosed garden with
trees, and a private pool reserved exclusively for your use throughout your stay. The pool is
equipped with a wooden fence to allow children to enjoy the
lawn while restricting their access to the pool. You’ll also find a sandbox for the
little ones. (Renovations in progress, but photos available upon request).
Just 5 minutes away, in the village of Manthelan, you’ll find a butcher, a baker/pastry shop, a
small grocery store, a café, takeout pizza on weekends, a tobacco and newsstand, a restaurant…
The Royal City of Loches and its castle are just 10 minutes away. Numerous shops, supermarkets, and
a large market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Located 30 minutes from Tours, the house is also close to the highway, providing easy access to all the
heritage sites of the Loire Valley, the town of Amboise (30 minutes), the châteaux of the Loire, the Beauval Zoo
(40 minutes), Futuroscope (1 hour), the Museum of Prehistory, the casino, and the thermal baths of La Roche-Posay.
You can also explore the cuisine and wines of Touraine.
A golf course and equestrian center are nearby, as well as numerous activities for children in the
surrounding area (Natureo Water Park, tree-top adventure course, trampoline park, family park, etc.)
You can go hiking or biking around the Louroux Pond, 3 km away, which features a bird-watching observatory (
), or in the forests of Loches and Larçay, which are 20 minutes away.
