L'Amarelle

A lovely, quiet, and spacious house, surrounded by a large 2-hectare garden.
The home features a large kitchen (16 m²), a living room (16 m²), two beautiful bedrooms (2 x 14 m²), and a bathroom with a toilet. It is a raised first floor. Beautiful tiled floors, original wallpaper preserved as-is, and original furnishings! The old-world charm of a bygone era...
To enjoy a beautiful view of the garden, there is a terrace of about ten square meters at the back of the house.
Accommodations
The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.)
Each bedroom features a double bed (firm, comfortable mattress), a small desk, and a chair. We provide two pillows and one comforter per bed.
An extra bed (90 cm mattress) is available upon request and for an additional fee.

You can explore the magnificent marked hiking trails on foot (hundreds of kilometers of marked trails for both casual and experienced hikers). This is your chance to discover the region of Guédelon and Colette.

- 3 minutes from the Maison de la Mémoire Potière (the former pottery workshop of Mr. Gaubier, known as Cadet)
- 10 minutes from Guédelon
- 12 minutes from Lake Bourdon
- 15 minutes from Colette’s house in Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye

In Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye, you’ll also find a Renaissance castle and several pleasant restaurants, a bookstore/teahouse, a jewelry store, numerous pottery exhibitors… a pharmacy, and various shops…
