Recently renovated with over 2,000 sf in this spacious contemporary luxe ground level home. With an open format, (and no rugs) there’s space for everyone to gather or decompress after a long day of Orlando fun. The bedrooms do not share any adjoining walls adding privacy to the evening’s stay. The home is equipped with flat screens for streaming and Netflix. There is a sunroom for quiet reading or playing your favorite boardgames. The outdoor patio has seating for four to unwind or bbq, or enjoying the fresh Florida air. The large private backyard can easily accommodate a game of kickball or your guests’ gathering. The entire home is yours to enjoy except the closet in the first bedroom to the left. That is for housekeeping linens, disinfectants and cleaning supplies.
There is a Pack and Play and umbrella stroller @ $10/stay. Must be requested prior to arrival if available.

BBQ, 5 burner with side burner for stovetop cooking
is $30/stay.

We booked this property for 4 people in town to attend a music festival. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. The shining star of our visit was the communication and responsiveness of the host. There were a few minor issues when we arrived. I message the host so she’d be aware and even mentioned to her I didn’t expect a resolution during our stay, but things were addressed immediately. I don’t expect everything to be perfect at all times, but it’s lovely when your host strives for that to be the case. The home isn’t fancy, but it covers all of the basics for a place to rest and is appropriately priced.

Orlando stay

Great place, quiet neighborhood. Close to Apopka where we were working. Freeways were close and food not to far away. Recommend!

Spacious House

It was a very spacious space to stay. Loved sitting in the back yard. The only thing to complain about is 2 of the mattresses are not comfortable at all. One we could not even sleep on it was so hard. There also was no dish rags to do dishes. But it was a great place to stay.

It was what we needed for a place to crash and get ready for family events in Apopka. The hosts helped answer questions and the instructions for using the internet and tv were easy to understand. If you plan to cook you will need to bring or purchase all the ingredients. It was clean and could seat a number of people as there were 2 dining areas each with 6 chairs.

Family reunion/vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Eight elderly family members had a terrific time here. The property was exceptionally clean and convenient and the owner answered all inquiries promptly. We highly recommend this property.

Good stay

Some minimal issues came up but the owner was very responsive and acted quick. Overall was a good a place for two small families to get rest during disney and universal trip.

Great space

The house was great. We had 8 adults, a teen, and 2 toddlers. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the fenced in back yard. There were plenty of towels for everyone. Everything we needed for cooking was available. The main entry door does not have a deadbolt or childproof locks, so the toddlers were easily able to walk out the door unnoticed. We bought (and left behind) a baby gate to put across the doorway leading to the hallway of the entry door to solve that issue. I would definitely rent this house again.

Golf vacation

All in all it was a good property for our needs. Only problem we had was that I booked tee times on opposite side of town, but that was on me. If I were to rent again I would select courses on north side of town.

Great Time

We had a wonderful time celebrating my 30th birthday. Although we did not spend much time at the property, it was very easy to check in, it was clean and well-kept, and the owners were very communicative. Thanks for a great time!

Nice Property

Overall this was a nice property that allowed us to visit Universal Studios and house a lot of people. Expect a drive to get to Universal and Disney, as it took as 30 minutes each way to get to Universal. The property is an older home, but has been kept up.

Awesome place

We rented this place for our first family vacation with my parents, and the property owners were so nice and accommodating. The house was spacious for our family or 6 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked for everything we needed to cook there. Also, all 9 of use took a shower and washed clothes the same night and the water was hot for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and if we go back to Orlando this will be our go to home.

Poor cleanliness and quality

First, a few pros: 1. The host was very responsive and kind 2. She was very kind in making sure there was a pack n play so we didn’t need to bring our own. 3. Convenient if you have a car to Disney parks and airport, as well as down town 4. Owner put up holiday decor 5. Owner offered us a late checkout which was very helpful and appreciated. Cons: 1. The neighborhood is lacking. No coffee shops, stores or restaurants in the area. 2. I would swear everything was purchased at the dollar store—the towels were see through when wet because they were so thin, the sheets were so thin and cheap that the fitted sheets kept popping off of the beds constantly. Just cheaply outfitted. 3. No extra paper towels, garbage bags, detergent, or toilet paper. I will say that the host did promptly reimburse us for having to purchase these on our own, which was appreciated. 4. Plumbing and appliance issues. The garbage disposal was broken, the sink backed up constantly, the dishwasher backed up and the washer did not spin on the spin cycle. Toilet repeatedly clogged to the point we had to buy a plunger (again the owner reimbursed us). 5. Ac set to permanent hold of 72 degrees which was uncomfortable at night with small kids on hotter days. The owner was responsive but just gave the solution of sending the owners manual (which indicated it need to be changed from the ap by the owner) or opening a window. 6. Dirty—I honestly think it is possible the host is being taken advantage of by their cleaning staff since they seemed so caring and responsive during our stay. The house was dirty…dirt on floors and walls, some dishes not cleaned well, we had to scrub the tub to bathe our kids the first night

Beautiful home, I enjoy everything this is my second time staying at this property and I absolutely loved it. The manager she’s great, and always available if I had any issues, but I did not have any issues everything was perfect.

Not as advertised

Our first day checking in we arrived in the evening. The next door neighbors were throwing a party with loud and explicit music. We could hear it loudly inside the home and it lasted until around 3 AM. I contacted the host and was completely invalidated. She completely dismissed it as not being a problem or an issue. Night number 2 the neighbors across the street were throwing a party and again affecting the quality of our stay. Once again I contacted the host and again was invalidated. I was simply told it was a nice neighborhood and that this wasn't her experience with the property. Now I understand that the host cannot control what others choose to do. However her product is just as much the neighborhood as it is the home. We consistently had cars go by with bass that rattled our windows. My 13 year old son came in from the back yard complaining of the explicit music neighbors were playing loudly at 10 am. The yard had not been maintained in what looked like months. The home is not stylish as listed, it is dated. But really the 2 biggest complaints is the neighborhood really affected the quality of the stay and the hosts response to it was one that shouted I only care about the income and not about their guests experience. Owning a 5 star service based business myself, this was a huge disappointment. The one bonus I can give to this place is there are lots of beds. So if you are looking for the most bang for your buck in the sense of how many people you can comfortably (relative to if the neighbors cooperate) sleep for a reasonable price, then this might be for you. But for my family of eight with 6 kids ages 2-17, it was far from ideal.

Great location

Nice little 4 bedroom house. Perfect for our party of 9 people. Owner was nice and communicative. The internet went out but she called the cable company and got it fixed right away. We are very satisfied with the amenities provided. Overall a quality experience.

Great stay and timely response

The host was very responsive to an air conditioner issue and had it fixed in an hour. Easy check-in and place was tidy. FYI you do have to clean and put dishes away and take out trash prior to check out.

When I say it was quiet clean and very spacious. I love our stay in the house, It was everything. The owner was so sweet in nice. When you contact her she response very quick in she made sure we was great. I love it in will be back to stay again.

RENOVATED 2022 with over 2000 sf, this stylish property has all the amenities and space for all to gather or unwind from a long day of Orlando fun. The open format and fully stocked kitchen has dining seating for 6 while the 8 person dining table overlooks the Florida/Game room with seating for 4. The living room offers a pull out couch and has Firestick for streaming your favorite movies and shows. The fully fenced outdoor space has a patio seating for four. The Master/Family suite offers spacious accommodations with a 50" with a Queen bedroom set and 2 single trundle beds. There is a full walk in closet with an en suite. Two other bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has a full size bed. There is a common area with a futon and washer and dryer for use on longer stays.
