Located on the 11th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, an office space and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. The apartment is ideally located in Cenon, in a popular neighborhood, with a very pleasant park at the foot of the residence (tower from the 70s). You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Not far from Bordeaux, Cenon stands at the top of a small hill whose summit culminates at an altitude of 70 meters on the right bank of the Garonne. Overlooking the alluvial plains and the Bordeaux region, it opens up into the charming Entre-deux-Mers and offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the river.
- Tourist sites: the city of Bordeaux (a city of art and history with a prestigious heritage), Saint-Émilion (a charming medieval city renowned for its vineyards), the Gironde estuary, Bourg (a picturesque little town on the banks of the Dordogne), Libourne (a port bastide).

- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
- Work is currently underway in the residence, which may temporarily affect the cleanliness of the common areas and cause water outages during the day.
- The tram service to Bordeaux city centre is currently suspended, doubling the journey time, some of which must be done on foot.
