The flat is ideally located in Cenon, in a popular district, with a pleasant park at the foot of the residence (a tower dating from the 1970s). You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Not far from Bordeaux, Cenon rises to the top of a small hill with a peak of 70 metres on the right bank of the Garonne. Overlooking the alluvial plains and the Bordeaux region, it opens out into the charming Entre-deux-Mers and offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the river.
