This house is arranged over three levels. The living area on the garden level includes the living-dining room and modern kitchen. Upstairs, a large bedroom and a bathroom (shower and WC) are complemented on the second level by a vast dormitory with four sleeping spaces. Here, everyone has their own space, and the outdoor areas, consisting of a landscaped garden and terrace, provide an appreciated additional living space. Immediately close to restaurants, the church, and shops.

The garden is adjacent to a restaurant's terrace, which may occasionally cause some noise disturbances until 10 pm.
