Cocoonr offers you this charming 45 m² air-conditioned flat to rent in Marseille, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics). It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a 15 m² bedroom, a mezzanine sleeping area and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Mezzanine sleeping area with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside area :
- A terrace to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally situated in Marseille, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat (paying car park).

L'Octopus Beautiful apartment. It was very clean, had everything we needed and more to do some cooking. The bed was super comfy, and it felt very cosy and bright and airy inside. On the map it seemed quite far out from the more popular areas but was very walkable. Would definitely stay again.

L'Octopus Apartment itself was very nice. Outdoor area wasn’t how I thought it would look from the pictures. Very small and doesn’t get any sunshine at all which is a shame as I booked it thinking it was a terrace with sun. There’s an air conditioning unit out there also, so when turned on by the other apartment, blasts warm air into the small terrace meaning we were stuck inside. Had problems with our shades, the remote was broken and the air conditioning unit on outside so was stuck inside in the dark unfortunately. The room itself is lovely there are shops which are about a 10 minute walk away but extremely hilly. Needed to Uber to the beach and port which was inconvenient and expensive. Good amenities and responsive host however.

It is about 40-60 minutes walking from the Old Port 🙁 There is nothing around the appartment: shops, restaurants, public transporation are 15-20 minutes walking, and the walking is up and down hills. There is a weird thing: the entrance is not from the street where the official address is, but from another corner. It is difficult to recognize. Any sign on the door would be helpful. The bed is upstairs, one cannot stand where it is, it is inconvenient. Also the mirror is not above bath sink, it is inconvenient during shaving. The host refused to assist me to book a taxi to the airport. I don't speak frenh, so communication is not easy for me."

L'Octopus "The accommodation is fine. The outdoor space is not a particularly attractive place to sit as it is like you are sitting in the bottom of a well with very high walls! The inside space is fine, the shower is great in particular. The issue we experienced is with the neighbours. When we arrived c.7pm a neighbour knocked on the door about 8.30pm to ask that we turn off the outside light as it was shining into their apartment. We sent a text message to the Agent to explain what had happened and ask they speak to the neighbour. No response. The next day a note was pinned to the door asking for us to be more considerate neighbours and turn off the outside light. It had not been left on! An internal light in the bathroom was left on as the steps from the bed are very steep and you cannot descend in total darkness. We sent another note to the Agent. Again, no response. The bed on the mezzanine is high - but comfortable, getting down is do’able but not great in the middle of the night"

L'Octopus Très bon séjour, appartement bien situé dans une zone paisible. Seul bémol assez loin du centre-ville à pied (20min environ) mais faisable à vélo ou en trottinette. L’appartement en lui même est fidèle à l’annonce et bien équipé. La petite terrasse est un vrai plus. Globalement très bien!!

L'Octopus "Wir wurden sehr freundlich zu unserer Wunschzeit empfangen. Die Wohnung ist freundlich und hell eingerichtet, das Badezimmer sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist zweckmässig, man kann gut kochen dort. Im Schlafbereich kann man nicht stehen, was den Rücken doch herausfordert. Die zahlreichen schwarzen Haare ums Bett und im Bad haben uns gestört. Die Wohnung liegt ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden und ist sowohl zu Fuss als auch mit dem ÖV gut erreichbar."

L'Octopus Nous avons été ravis du logement ! Il était impeccable tenu, fidèle aux photos et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise, au calme et la clim a été un vrai plus pour entamer des nuits confortables. L’équipe en gestion du bien (et plus précisément Valentine) a quant à elle était super réactive et hyper arrangeante ! Merci à elle ! Nous recommandons ce petit cocon sans problème. Le petit : des places de stationnement gratuites dans toutes les rues annexes et sans trop chercher !
