- A 5 m² balcony, facing north-east and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Communal area:
- A shared, heated 11 m x 5.5 m swimming pool, up to 1.70 m deep.
The pool area is open from 1ᵉʳ December to 30 April, then from 15 June to 15 September. Opening dates are non-contractual.
