Your own ski house, with spacious yard, and ample parking. Our location is the best in Stowe . Enjoy our multi level home, with first floor mudroom, laundry room equipped with storage racks for boots, helmets and gloves. On this level is also a comfortable Den, equipped with a large leather sectional sofa, perfect for relaxing with Family & Friends. Downstairs is the Master Bedroom, with King Bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom.
On the second floor is a comfortable dining area and kitchen. Here you’ll find a high-top dining table with seating for 8, comfortable leather chairs, and exceptional views of Vermont's Mountains, you'll enjoy lovely sunshine in this room.
On the third floor are additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with two twin beds, along with the house's second full bathroom. Enjoy a great nights sleep in our comfortable beds, and cozy down comforters .
Outside you'll find a winter ski/board storage shed adjacent to the house and a spacious private yard. You'll have a blast on our gentle sledding hill , fun for adults, yet gentle enough for the kids too. We have 2 Sleds ready for you to get out and have fun. If your'e looking to have a Snowman making contest with your friends/family we have plenty of props ready for your use.
Stowe Mountain Resort is a mere 10-minutes away where you can enjoy a day of skiing and/or riding, or enjoy Nordic Skiing or Snowshoeing at Trapp Family Lodge, just 10 minutes away, or take on Stowe Bowl just a few minutes drive. You can shop at the local grocery store for your supplies just minutes away, and enjoy Stowe’s many restaurants & cafes, all within 5-10 minutes from Stowe House. Our location is central and convenient, yet still quiet enough to watch Vermont deer in the woods.
If you are joining us for a summer stay you'll enjoy close access to Stowe's magnificent Recreation Path for biking, running or walking, or one of Stowe's ample hiking or mountain biking trails. We have a well appointed sunny deck for relaxing outside, and ceiling fans in our upper floor bedrooms to circulate Stowe's lovely mountain air.
