The focal point of the house (on the ground floor) is the open stainless steel kitchen with cooking island, which leads into the living room, where you can sit comfortably in front of the wood-burning stove in winter/autumn. Two large sliding glass doors on the ground floor lead to the terrace, which extends around the entire house and offers a view of the dunes in front of it.
At the back of the terrace there is a small SPA area with a sauna, yoga room and hot pot, which is refreshing in summer and heated by a wood fire in autumn/winter.
