Vacation Rental in a Gated Community on the Rehoboth Bay

22864 E. Holly Way is located on a tributary of the Rehoboth Bay in a gated community called Angola By the Bay. Take advantage of the many community amenities included with this rental, such as the large pool and a kiddie pool, tennis and basketball courts, bocce court, picnic area with grill, a crabbing dock, water access for small boats and so much more. This neighborhood is perfect for walking or biking on trails and paved roads. This recently remodeled home is close to the action of Lewes and Rehoboth. You can experience shopping, beaches, water sports, and more, all just a short ride away. Your summer vacation awaits!

This is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not permitted.
This home is accepting nightly rentals throughout the year. There is a 2 night minimum rental.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $214.00.

First floor- Double Bunk Bed, 1 Queen
Second floor loft- 1 Single, 2 Queen

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Great little Getaway

Had a wonderful stay at Angola Bay! It was close by to the beach and shops. House was neat and organized and had ample space to move around and sleep. Thank you so much, my family and I had a wonderful time!

The house was the perfect size for us to celebrate our son's birthday with a boys weekend fishing trip. The loft was a great fit for 5 teenage boys to hang out and sleep before an early morning fishing charter. The kitchen was spacious enough to make breakfast each morning and the large table in the front sunroom fit all the boys comfortably.

Lovely weekend getaway

Really nice little gated neighborhood- lots of families and kids walking dogs. Very safe and quiet at night (not a party house so please book elsewhere for that stuff as people live in these houses full time) the AC worked great! Rooms were exactly like the listing!

Great spot! Clean, super cute, safe gated community. Just make sure you bring your own products to shower with. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash not included.

Stayed at Angola bay

It was a nice house, had a beach feel, outside shower was neat, has all the amenities, washer/dryer was great, dishwasher, stove, microwave etc. Plenty of beds, the pool is a nice option. Friendly people, lots of waves hello. Not too far from the beach, lots of options for food. Walmart/shopping is close for extended stays.

Community is wonderful, location is convenient, house could use a good cleaning and some updates.

Angola by the Bay is a beautiful gated community that is well kept and the residents are so welcoming and friendly. The house did look like the pictures however could use a good cleaning and perhaps some repairs.

Beach get away

Place was as advertised great club house with a very nice pool. Little bit of drive to the beach but we knew that going into it. Process was very easy and I will use again when I go back. Very nice place and a great neighborhood

Overall nice house, excellent neighborhood, great swimming pool. House in in need of some maintenance, dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes and back deck stairs were rotten and breaking, extremely dangerous

Quaint home close to beaches

We had a lovely time during our stay. The check in process was easy and everything went smoothly. We enjoyed the sunroom/dining room area for all of our at home meals/games. There were a few areas that we thought were lacking a bit on cleanliness (upstairs air conditioner needs cleaned as it was filled with dust/debris, some staining on the throw pillows in bedrooms should be cleaned or replaced). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you!

Overall okay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great (both within the general area and the community of Angola By The Bay) but condition (dishwasher not cleaning dishes, probably too old or not well kept) and cleanliness (AC and AC filters were filthy, carpets are very old and dusty) is not to our standard.

Family Vacay !

Pros: it was very clean , good area, close to the beach (12 mins ) , even nicer than the actual pics . The pool was beautiful and relaxing . Spacious house and beautiful porch. Cons: there was only one toilet paper, there was No sheets for bed you have to bring one! There was NO towels . You had to leave your bed made before leaving which doesn’t make sense because don’t they wash the comforter ? Also, sadly this has nothing to do with the rental but if you are not white/ American the neighbors won’t like you and felt a weird vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes because it’s a beautiful house and convenient for sightseeing! Thanks for having us.

Home away from home

Perfect home away from home for our beach trip. Close enough to beaches and shopping yet away from traffic and hectic tourism. Lovely community with nice pool. House was great. Would definitely stay here again.
