Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, in the Southshore area of Tampa Bay, this waterfront inn boasts beautiful views, a restaurant serving American-Caribbean fare and two pools to splash and swim in. Sunsets over the water are spectacular. Take them in by the Tiki bar with live music, from the pier, or at the onsite restaurant, Sunset Grill. You might even catch sight of a dolphin or manatee. This place is perfectly located between Tampa and Sarasota right on Tampa Bay. You'll enjoy access to a number of amenities including tennis courts, beach volleyball, 3 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, a Tiki Bar and more when you stay here! For an additional fee guests can access watersports activities, bike rentals. Hooks Restaurant offers poolside snacks, drinks and cocktails until 9:00PM. Go for a stroll through the tropical gardens or take a nap on the resort's private beach. If water sports are your thing, the resort offers a number of activities on-site including guided jet ski tours, kayaks, and paddle boating. After lounging at the beach, retreat to your air-conditioned LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the bed and enjoy your favorite shows on cable TV. In the early evening, step out onto the pier and enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful sunset. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.
If you feel like venturing away from the resort, we suggest day trips to visit The Dali Museum, Busch Gardens, the Tampa Zoo, the Florida Aquarium, or The Alley, a bowling alley and arcade. If you want to dance the night away, we are just 30 minutes from Ybor City nightlife and South Howard neighborhood in Tampa.
We also have children’s playground that is great for the little ones.

We wanted a cute area for the weekend to relax (30 min from our house lol). The condo was on 1st floor, our parking was right in front of our door. The grounds were beautiful, lots of amenities which we had access to all. The condo was beautifully decorated, nice cold A/C, mini fridge/freezer, 2 burner cooktop, along with kitchenware, and comfortable bedding with extra pillows. The one small negative was the water coming out of the shower was weak and sometimes "groaned". We chalked it up to hard water scale. There are 2 bar & grill places we could walk to in about 5 minutes. We would definitely stay there again! Thank You Marilin for sharing your home with us:)

Disappointed

Check in was horrible, literally standing outside with no code and after numerous texts, calls and messages had to use virtual host. Toilet paper holder broken, AC was so loud couldn’t sleep and no ice trays to name a few. Was celebrating 50th wedding anniversary.

The suite was so cute and well set up, everything was provided: towels, sunscreen, kitchenware, etc. The property had a private beach, tiki bar and restaurant with gre at food. We enjoyed our fee days!

Great little hideaways

This place was impressive. It had everything quick walk up the free beach and access to the free pool that also has a hot tub. Beautiful quiet location but convenient to everything we needed. Beach towels were provided which I appreciated so much! Thank you for such a sweet quiet place where we had the most memorable time and a lifetime experience. Thank you! Host were great and on top of everything!

Perfect for an extended weekend

We loved our unit. The decor and vibe was awesome. Great view all around the complex. Loved the easy access to get in and out of our unit. Few down falls- the toilet paper holder was broken and the tp kept falling into the floor and would get wet. Had to store it on the bathroom ledge which is fine but inconvenient.The bed frame was awful. It was extended on the ends and poked way out. Getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and getting back in bed my fiance and I both whacked our shins on it, multiple times. My leg is definitely bruised and cut up from it.. it was very annoying. I couldn’t find anything about WiFi but I may have over looked that in an email. However there was a lack of outlets for plugging things in. We had two phones, two watches a speaker and AirPods to charge and only had the outlets in the kitchen. That was a bummer but it was nice to disconnect for the weekend. The emergency light is bright but bearable we didn’t seem to have trouble sleeping thru it. The dryer didn’t work and ate my 2 lol. Again not a huge deal but a downfall. That’s on the property though, not unit specific.There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows which was nice. I love a lot of pillows so that was a good bonus.Two pools and the private beach were all very lovely. Everyone was pretty kind throughout the complex. All in all we enjoyed our stay here. I would totally come back to this unit (pending bedframe). Thanks for having us.

This is the 2nd year we stayed in this unit for 2 weeks. We like it because it’s on the ground floor and has 1 queen bed away from the air conditioner and kitchenette to cook (2burner cooktop microwave air fryer and mini refrigerator). Good for 2 people.

Charming, clean, perfect getaway!

Unit 105 is absolutely adorable! The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, along with plenty of space to store my food, which made it feel like home. The decor and finishes were fresh and modern, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I also felt very safe during my stay, and the sense of community in the area was a nice touch. It was the perfect blend of comfort and style, and I’d definitely stay again! Bringing the fam, next time!

Great place. Quiet!!! Nice pools. 2 restaurants within walking distance. Only negative was a very bright porch light with no switch to turn off, no blackout shades,the room was never dark for sleeping.

Couple getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at the location. Everything was clean and weather was beautiful. The 2 restaurant/bars located on the premise are very good as well. Only a 35+minute drive to Tampa or Sarasota so not to far from things. It is a quiet place to relax and get some sun. Highly recommend the place.

Tx 4 the stay

I liked the room, so clean and stylish. Short walk across parking lot there was benches, tables , grills, where you can sit and watch wildlife, we saw a dolphin, birds and many fish jumping out of the water. There was a cool tree frog and snails in the landscape by the patio. We had a drink by the beach bar, expect hefty prices. Maybe check swim conditions before going if that matters if a last minute trip. The beach has a no swim sign due to bacteria levels. Locals told us the beach is pretty bad in little harbour, lots of no see ums. And if you park at beach you have to pay. It's walkable unless you are physically challenged. If I don't need to stay on a big beach in the future, I'd consider staying here again. One more thing if physically challenged is the mini fridge, as it's low, and a taller fridge would be better for my travel companion.
