House between the bike path and Lake Annecy

We are renting out our house, located in a residential neighborhood of St. Jorioz, a town on Lake Annecy.
Ideally located between the bike path and the lake (about 500 meters from the shore and 800 meters from the beach) and close to the shops in the village center (about 1 kilometer away), you can save your car for more distant outings and do everything on foot, by bike, or even take the bus (stop 500 m away) to visit Annecy.
PLEASE NOTE: When you rent our house, you’ll be under the watchful eye of… our cat Litchie, who’s sure to come begging for food and water! That’s the only “condition” of living together (aside from sharing the couch…), since we’ve installed a cat flap to give her her independence. If your dog is well-behaved and gets along with cats, he’ll be welcome here.
The first floor of the house features a living area with an open kitchen, a pantry, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Two French doors open onto the covered south-facing patio and then onto the garden; a third, fixed window overlooks a small east-facing patio, accessible from the kitchen.
The washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the pantry
The 3 bedrooms and the bathroom/toilet are located upstairs.
