Fully renovated in 2023, it features two lovely bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room and a large, sunny terrace.

This property is available exclusively under a ‘mobility tenancy’ – a furnished tenancy agreement lasting between 1 and 10 months – reserved for people in situations of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placements, professional assignments or transfers, etc.). Signing the tenancy agreement is mandatory in order to access the property.
Once you have made your booking, you will be asked to provide the following documents to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for temporary relocation, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed).
Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents. If the tenancy agreement is not signed and the required supporting documents are not provided, access to the accommodation cannot be granted.

Layout of the flat:
The flat is situated on the ground floor of a traditional Marseillais building, the famous ‘3 fenêtres marseillais’ style. You’ll love its peaceful atmosphere and abundance of natural light. As you enter the flat, you’ll find the shower room on your right. You then enter the living room and its dining area. To the right is the separate, fully equipped kitchen and the large terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room or the kitchen.
On entering, to the left, you will find the sleeping area with its two bedrooms, each fitted with a double bed.

The flat is fully equipped to make you feel right at home: air conditioning / Wi-Fi / washing machine / dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / complimentary welcome coffee capsules...

The Cocoonr service:

You will be welcomed on site by a member of staff from the Cocoonr Marseille agency, who will show you round the property, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.

Hotel-quality bed linen and towels (4/5-star) are provided, and your bed will be made on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. Fibre-optic Wi-Fi internet access.

- Castellane metro station is a 10-minute walk away.
- On-street parking in the surrounding streets is free with no time limit.
- Saint-Charles station is a 20-minute journey by Metro Line 1 without changing trains.
- The airport can be reached by shuttle bus to Saint-Charles station, but we recommend using taxis or ride-hailing services such as Uber.
