Relax at the Lonestar Lodge! Close to all the fun in DFW!

Barbara, we are certainly surprised and disappointed to hear your response. You mentioned to me that there were wasps on the front porch. We were not aware of this issue until you mentioned it after you left. Our policy book specifically asks that if something needs attention, that you call us immediately. The cleaners actually brought it to our attention after you checked out. I am not sure if you know much about these creatures, but they can make a nest in a very short time frame. They have been taken care of since. The home was cleaned prior to your arrival, we have the pictures from our cleaners showing it was cleaned on the 9th. If it was the mess that you stated that it was, why did you not reach out to me to address it when it was discovered? In the 4 years we have hosted this property we haven't been immune to mistakes, but if we hear of the mistakes we rectify them immediately. We have done everything from refunding monies so they can go elsewhere, doordashing necessary items, to having the cleaners or whomever come out and correct the issue at hand. I can only correct what I know is wrong. I wish we could have made your experience better. We strive to have a great property for others to enjoy at an economical rate.
