Beautiful Cabin Nestled in the Smokies

We would like to invite you & your family to stay with us in our beautiful mountain cabins located on the banks of Big Creek and the French Broad River in beautiful east Tennessee.

Our cabins are nestled near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on over 4 acres of land with a stocked trout stream. Some of our many amenities include a hot tub, fully-equipped kitchen, picnic area that is by the creek with charcoal grills, satellite TV and an artificial fireplace. We supply towels, sheets, dishes, glassware, and kitchen implements so all you need to bring is yourself, clothing and your groceries. There is no cell phone service or WiFi. This is a great opportunity to disconnect and enjoy The Great Smoky Mountains!

We are within easy driving distance to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountain's National Park on the Tennessee side. Equally close are Asheville, the Carl Sandburg Homeplace, Biltmore Estates, Maggie Valley, Pisgah National Forest, Hot Springs, Cherokee and Harrah's Casino.

The cabin was super clean and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. The cabin is easy to find but secluded. There is wifi to keep you in touch once you arrive. Only thing is that if you are looking to hike the cabin is at least a hour away from the National Park hot spots. Also bring drinking water, it can have a sulphur smell. The creek was beautiful, hot tub worked great, and had a great trip. 10/10

Our stay was wonderful! Clean and quiet, it was so nice spending the evenings unwinding listening to the creek flowing while enjoying the hot tub. Perfect to get away from it all and enjoy the beauty of nature, while also being close enough to have days full of adventure in Gatlinburg and the Smokey mountain national park!

Cabin was beautiful and very very clean. The hot tub on the back porch with the creek was the best. We had an awesome time & will probably be going back.

Beautiful quiet location. Creek sounded nice out back. Too shallow to do any fishing. Refrigerator didn't work so had to go to Walmart and buy a cooler for our food and drinks.

28th anniversary trip

This was exactly what we needed. Far from everything, quiet, etc. I did read all the reviews before we went and prepared accordingly. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was clean and in working order and we enjoyed relaxing in it at night. It was a good value for the price. There was wifi at the cabin but no cell signal until you reached more populated areas once you left the property. A few suggestions:1. Change out the blinds to room darkening blinds or add blackout curtains in at least the bedroom. There is a bright white light outside the bedroom window that lit the room at night. We brought blackout curtains to cover the windows in the bedroom using command strips and it was much better sleeping conditions.2. Some of the blinds were either missing a slat or a rod to adjust them.3. The only furniture in the bedroom is a queen size bed and an old end table. An end table on both sides of the bed would have been nice. I used our cooler as an bed side table to have my phone, drink, and glasses beside me.4. There is only overhead lighting which is super bright. A couple of lamps beside the bed or one in the main room would have been nice.As others have said, the towels are small but they were clean and plenty were provided. The linens on the bed are older but were clean. The bed was comfy. Other than the closet, there was no clothing storage like dresser or even a surface to lay your suitcase like a luggage rack. What is provided is minimal but adequat

Great stay for hiking getaway

Visiting the Smokies to help out after Hurricane Helen and get some hiking in. This property was the perfect stay. Clean property and 2-person jacuzzi. Listening to the creek at night was a great bonus.

Little piece of Heaven

It was phenomenal a nice cozy cabin. Everything i eanted for the weekend. The bedroom windows could use black out curtains and anyone over 5"3 be prepared to shower bent over. The singing of the shower sounds more like slowly letting the air out of a balloon. However the peaceful environment made up for all the small things.

Great get away!

We were looking for a great, quiet getaway. We found it. Perfect place to relax and unwind to the sounds of a creek babbling, beautiful mountain roads and no wifi. Would definitely return.

Best getaway ever!

If your looking for the true mountian getaway this is the place. These cabins are fantastic! Rustic yet clean. The area is beautiful...it is true appalachia. I really cant say enough good things about this place. Easy driving to lots of great activities and if your savy youll find many once in a lifetime adventures. The cabins are comfortable and properly equipt. The stream out back is beautiful and full of lifè. This place is a true gem in this world we live in. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy this absolute slice of heaven!
