The countryside house is located at 3 km from the village, in an ideal triangle: 20' drive to the antic city of Vienne, 20' to Eurexpo, 30' to Lyon City, 30' to Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport, and 1 hour to the Alps, so you can fully enjoy many daily trips by car.

Its 2200m2 garden and pool (10mx5m) with an electric cover are perfect for families with kids.
You will enjoy the South terrace and different places in the shadows (swing, outdoors tables, hammock, chaises longues, barbecue...)

The 156m2 house is bright, full of light and perfect if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay.
It has large volumes and its decoration is chic and full of charm, with antics besides modern furnitures.

You will enjoy a large kitchen of 22m2, brand new and fully equipped (oven, micro wave, induction and gas hob to cook, fridge, freezer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and everything you might need to cook) with a direct access to the Southern terrace where a large table is settled with view to the pool.

The living room of 50m2 with exposed beams and high roof, has 2 different areas:
- a dining room with a large table for 10-12 guests,
- the sitting room with 2 sofas, near a fire save place, and 3 french windows with access to the terrace and a cupboard with many board games.
From there, a stair leads to the first floor room of 30m2 with a place to work (screen, printer and wifi-box) and 2 large windows with garden and pool view.

From the entrance hall you access directly to the kitchen and the living room, and to the hall with a library leading to the bathroom and the other sleeping rooms.

4 sleeping rooms with wooden floor and garden view:
- Room 1: 15m2 with a large bed 160x200 and closet
- Room 2: 12 m2 with 2 single beds 90x200 that we can gather to have a big bed of 180x200, with closet and a desk
- Room 3: 10m2 with a bed 140x200 and a cupboard
- Room 4: the room that is on the first floor, with a bed of 160x200 + a single bed 90x200 and an office desk.

The bathroom has a large bathtub and a walk-in shower.
The toilet is near the entrance hall.

From the entrance hall you have stairs to the garage where there is a room with a washing machine and a clothes dryer, and another toilet.

The house is in a very quiet area and has a large garden.

You will enjoy the whole house and garden with different places:
- the terrace, fully equipped with table for 10 guests, chairs, benches and a large parasol.
- the pool, opened from June to September when the weather allows it, depth from 1.2m to 2.2m, with an electric cover for security, and various chaises longues, plus another bar table near the pool.
- in the shadows of the big trees: another big wooden table, an outdoors sofa and chairs, hammock, barbecue, swing...

The private parking of the house has room for 5 cars.
