Best of both worlds! You are in nature but close to UVA, downtown and restaurants. Honey B is clean and comfortable with many amenities. It has a lofty feel with the footprint of a small house. High ceilings and several skylights allow for light and privacy in the quiet neighborhood of Sherwood Farms. Located on the southwest side of Charlottesville, just 7 minutes to Scott Stadium, UVA campus, and restaurants, about 10 minutes to historic downtown mall, Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and central to many major wineries and breweries.

A spacious alternative to hotels. The surrounding large garden is peaceful and relaxing. Whether you are here for work or attending events; for sightseeing or simply a weekend gateway, it’s a great place to unwind for a good night’s sleep and sweet dreams.

There are 2 guest houses on the property, Honey House and Honey B. They are separate but nearby, designed with maximum privacy in mind: different parking locations and separate building entrances. Ideal for 2 couples vacationing together.

We are friendly and unobtrusive. You may see us sometimes in the vegetable garden or the small apiary with bees all the way back. You may also encounter a few bunnies and birds as well as butterflies. You are welcome to herbs from the garden for cooking.

Sweet Tiny Home

This sweet tiny home allowed us to attend a college reunion and explore Charlottesville and surroundings areas. Owners were very communicative and gracious. Home was nicely decorated and appointed well, our only complaints being that quite a few bugs got into the home, entry carpet wasn’t the cleanest, interior space was tighter than expected and parking space being away from the home made unloading and loading a bit of a deal. Aside from these issues, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Retreat in Charlottesville

My husband and I stayed at Honey B for Easter weekend. The little house is immaculate and well-stocked. It's super easy to get to UVA and the Downtown Mall from the location. At the same time, the location is peaceful and quiet. We'd definitely stay in one of Rob's homes again!

Charlottesville stay

The Honey B was everything as described. It was quaint, well appointed with nice touches, comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and the many birds in the yard. It was a convenient drive into Charlottesville. We highly recommend.

Fabulous Getaway to Honey House B

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Honey House B. We were in town for UVA Parents' weekend. The location was very close to everything while also, feeling very remote. The house itself was so cute with everything you'd need. It's clear that Rob & Lilli put a lot of love into building this little cabin with really special thought to flow and upgrades. We'll definitely be back!

Comfortable, cute, convenient

We came to Charlottesville for a charity event and a UVA football game, and thought everything about the location and the decor was perfect. HoneyB is very close to Scott Stadium, very easy to get to downtown Charlottesville. Our host was responsive and helpful; he even has a 240V charger that we used to charge our car overnight. We will look to stay in the same place next year!

Early Fall Getaway

My wife and I stayed with our six month old. Everything was perfect. The property is well maintained and the house was well stocked/equipped. The house was very convenient to I-64/29 and made getting around Charlottesville super easy. We hope to stay again soon.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient

In spite of the lousy weather, we had a lovely stay at Honey House B. It is a delightful property surrounded by nature, yet conveniently located. The hosts are very responsive and included lots of little extras such as fruit, snacks, and umbrellas. We highly recommend staying. My only suggestion would be a curtain or shade to block the bedroom from living area. My husband can sleep with the tv on, but I find it difficult.

A Really Wonderful Stay.

Had a fantastic stay at Honey B. Comms with the hosts were prompt and pleasant. Check in was super simple. Location was amazing. Even caught the Perseid meteor shower thanks to the clear dark sky area in which the cottage was located. 1010!

Clean cozy and as adorable as advertised

The Honey B was so clean and inviting. Easy access off the highway yet tucked in the trees and a perfect retreat. All the amenities you need, they have thought of it all. I enjoyed sitting out on the porch with so many beautiful flowers to look at. This is definitely a place I would stay again.

Wonderful property and experience

Rob and Lili‘s property was immaculate and tasteful. We had everything we needed, including extras like coffee and cream, the Sunday New York Times, and a bowl of fruit and snacks. The property if anything was better than advertised, and very convenient for a visit to C-ville. The hosts were gracious and responsive. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect spot for weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Honey B cottage. The property was stocked with so many things we weren't expecting but that made our late arrival so much more comfortable and relaxing. The property manager was extremely attentive, coming immediately when we needed help with the heat, also anticipating our needs based on changes in the weather and leaving things on the doorstep. Plan your stay at this lovely cottage, you will not be disappointed.
