Oakwater Resort - 3 bedroom/2.5 bath Townhouse. Minutes to Disney!

3Bed, 2.5 Bath Townhouse in Kissimmee (Orlando) in the heart of Disney Area. Within couple of miles of Disney World and all restaurants and places are around this location.

Secured gated Community with a heated lagoon-style pool, a fitness center, tennis/basketball courts. Short walk to Super Walmart, restaurants and shopping. Only a short drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World.

Our home is setup for a family to come and enjoy their stay in Orlando Area. It has everything you need while on vacation and is well furnished for you to come back to after a long and tiring day at Disney World, Universal or other attractions in the area. 1st floor is a living space and kitchen. 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The back porch is screened and has a peaceful water view and a grassy hill looking over a conservation forest.

Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service- providers come into contact with, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient

This condo served our family great for the five days of AAU National Volleyball tournament. It was roomy, conveniently located and very clean. We had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful. Hope to stay again next year.

Highly satisfied, would absolutely stay again

Everything was exactly as the listing stated. There was plenty of living, dining, and sleeping space. The host was very responsive, and very friendly. I would recommend this property as an excellent value, and a comfortable, clean, and well-appointed stay. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Disney vacay!

Our family loves staying at this house. The home is nicely furnished and beds were comfortable. This allowed us to recover from long days at Disney parks, which took us just minutes each day to drive the 2 miles. I would stay here again for sure! Thanks for great stay!!

Excellent and Comfortable

comfortable accommodations lay out was perfect with two bedrooms and separate bath for another couple or kids master bedroom with ensuite was large kitchen was ok but more starter supplies could have been there when we arrived such as paper towels easy drive to Disney great breakfast buffet available nearby bottom line i would go back

Disney stay

Location was great and a short uber to Disney. The house was spacious and had a lot of necessary items. The patio area overlooks a pretty view! Host was very quick to communicate. Thank you for a great stay!

We love this place

We will be back. The townhome was clean and had everything we needed. One of the best locations for Disney. Walmart is right next door so easy shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Well maintained and clean!

Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze! Home is equipped with everything you need, clean and very well taken care of. Less than 15 minute drive to Disney & ESPN for us. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Disney World Visit

The property was very convenient for Disney World and good access to nearby amenities. We visited without a car and didn't have any issues walking to nearby groceries and using rideshare for Disney. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Convenient, but quiet location.

The condo was very convenient in terms of highway access, and the Super Walmart is right around the corner and has a gas station that made filling up the rental super easy. The condo was clean, and had every thing we needed. Having an actual crib was a huge bonus for my grandchild, as was the stroller. It saved us from renting one at Disney. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property and Support

The condo is in great shape and the owners were very friendly and prompt with responding to questions. The place was like a home away from home and comes with more amenities than in the description. Walmart is super close and convenient, so you won't have to bring the house! You can walk to Starbucks too! Great place!

Great Townhome, Great Prive

The townhome was really spacious and open. We enjoyed staying here. We have a baby, so it was nice to have a crib, playpen, and high chair already there! My only advice is to bring your own sheets for the queen bed - they had pilling from being washed so many times.

The stay was great and peaceful

This is the first time we are renting a condo for our family vacation, I was little anxious about it at the beginning, but to our surprise the place was great. Very clean and well maintained. Very secure gated community. We stayed for a week. You feel like you are at home. Very close to the Disney World's Magic Kingdom.

Clean, comfortable and close to Disney!

We had a great stay. Gabriel responded quickly to questions, and everything was as advertised. The condo was remarkably clean and comfortable, and the pictures accurately represented the condo and its facilities. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped to prepare any meal you would want to cook on vacation. This is one of the closest options to Disney parks. Even with traffic, it never took more than 15 minutes to get where we wanted to go.

Close to Disney, checkin was a little confusing. Original unit was not cleaned, but owner moved us to another unit close by that was great. Owner was very accommodating.

Spring break getaway

Had the best stay here! Location was perfect. The pool was amazing. The condo had everything we needed plus more. Pool toys, games for the kids. We had a small issue with the fridge, I contacted the owner late at night and within the hour he had sent someone to come look at it. Amazing! Highly recommend! We will be back next year!

Amazing

We really enjoyed our stay. I traveled with my sister, brother in law and their three children. All Disney properties are within 15 minutes. The house is in a gated community which makes it safe. There are plenty of restaurants and other places nearby. The pool was convenient. The house was lovely. We did not want to leave. I want to come back.

Amazing Condo Minutes from Disney

This condo was spectacular! No more than 15 minutes to any Disney park (door to parking lot), amazing amenities, and well stocked. We had everything we needed in a clean and safe condo. This place is exactly as advertised and is 5 minutes to the Disney welcome sign. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the parking lot at any park, and was the best off property stay we have ever had. The pool and community features were great. Thank you Hugo! We will be back for sure!

Great stay

We had a volleyball tournament at the Orange County convention center. This was a great location about 20 minute drive. It was quiet, not many at the pool. The worst part was the Walmart traffic. It is the craziest Walmart I have ever seen. Packed from early morning until it closed. I would recommend driving the two miles to the Super Target. I recommend you bring beach towels and any toys the kids might want for the pool.

Quiet Boutique Style Resort Inviting and Secure So close to Disney World

The condo was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean ,spacious and fully equipped. We had plenty of laundry soap, dishwater soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters and more for our entire three week stay. The pool was clean and inviting. The hot tub was great. We loved the view of the lake and natural woodlands from the master bedroom and downstairs living areas. The location was wonderful with many golf courses in the area. Hugo was very responsive and helpful. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

Excellent

Could not have asked for more! Plenty of room, really nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and the kitchen and living rooms were wonderful. Even had a Keurig machine with coffee provided! Did not have to deal with any check in...just went right to the townhouse and enjoyed. If you are going to Disney World, this is the place to be. You are quickly on Route 192 and then World Drive is right down the road with practically no traffic to worry about. Could not have been any easier. I highly recommend staying here.
