Welcome aboard your Shell Harbor Vacation! Wake up to amazing waterfront views of the Melbourne Marina and enjoy your coffee on the balcony watching the boats. Quaint downtown Melbourne with shops and restaurants are blocks away! Walk the causeway to the Atlantic Ocean, the beach is less than 2 miles away and across the street from the scenic Melbourne Harbor.

Enjoy the bright and open floor plan during your Shell Harbor Vacation! Everything you need is at your fingertips. Fully stocked kitchen, smart TV in the living room with HBO Max and Prime TV and cable TV in the bedroom. Queen-size pullout couch with memory foam mattress in the living room. Feel free to use the complementary beach towels for the beach! Super fast WiFi internet! Free and ample parking on site!

Eat tasty seafood next door at the Seafood Station or enjoy a cocktail and delicious food across the street at The Mansion (Check out their rooftop!). Downtown Melbourne is a 5 minute walk away with top-rated brunch at Backwater, scenic dinner at Charthouse, or have a few beers at Hell n' Blazes. Everything you could want is a few footsteps away!

Please note that our location is next to Hwy 1 and a train track so there is traffic and train noise.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval (Please contact prior to booking to ensure your pet meets the association’s requirements)

Great Stay

Close to downtown and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and activities. Close to Wickham park for MTB rides. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed the area and the accommodations!

Excellent selection!

We loved this property. It was very relaxing to start my day with coffee on the deck, looking at the marina. Location was ideal and communication with questions were answered within minutes!

Great Location

The condo was clean and well stocked with thoughtful touches and starter materials. Ideally located, overlooking a Marina and at the foot of a bridge to the barrier island and beach. Access to restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance. Although a bit noisy (train and highway ) we would book again.

I was surprised about some of the conditions in the building. During my stay, the elevator needed to be serviced and it stopped going to the 4th floor. I had to walk up and down the stairs, to access the unit. Also, the pool was closed due to construction. I would have liked to receive notice.

Great location

My husband and I went for a quick getaway from work and kids. The condo was in the perfect spot! We entered to a nice welcome basket of wine and snacks.We were fortunate to see the strawberry moon come up from the balcony. Walking distance to all the shops. We will definitely go back.

A great downtown Melbourne gem...

We've actually stayed in this building before at another time and the properties are all charming and comfortable. Always easy to check-in and get on with your our visits to the area. Very short walking distance to the downtown area where's there good restaurants and pubs, including a couple faves we hit every time we're there. Kraig and Shelley were excellent and attentive hosts and we'll definitely bookmark for future visits.

Very clean and fresh feeling once you enter and thought out the stay. I loved looking over the marina . Beautiful view ! Great location just blocks from great stores and restaurants. Definitely want to stay there again. Thank you to the hosts.

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay! I was very apprehensive with the reviews about the noise but I can honestly say I may have only heard the train a couple times and it was not loud at all. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we were just a short walk to the water where they were able to catch some fish. The downtown area has any restaurant you could want. The place was very clean and they were attentive to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was lovely and the view wasn't bad however the train and traffic noise was very annoying at nightime. I also understand these are things the owner has no control over. Overall a cute place and would stay again!

Good location

First time staying in this unit..but I had stayed at the property previously. Very convenient to downtown , FIT and beachside. Exceptional location for being able to walk to historic Melbourne areas restaurants etc. There is some intermittent train noise for any place in that area. For me it’s worth it for all of the above reasons. The unit is comfortable , clean and great view of the harbor. Much more comfortable than any hotel stay.

Bring ear plugs

The trains run all night long. Besides the traffic noise, the only thing louder than the train is the units HVAC fan.

I wish Stefen had contacted us with his concerns during his stay! We have a white noise machine to help with outside noise and we do mention the noise in our listing. Stefen did not respect our house rules and did not leave prior to our check out time. We have an unauthorized late departure fee that he did not pay. We would not host again or recommend due to this. He did leave our place clean so that was a plus.
