You'll have your own space in this just fully renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement suite with a separate, private entrance. Enjoy the bright, clean, and modern aesthetic with interesting artwork throughout. Pamper yourself under the rain showerhead, prepare your breakfast and coffee in the well-appointed kitchenette, enjoy some downtime watching TV on the deep, comfortable sofa, and sleep peacefully on a queen-sized Casper brand mattress dressed in 100% cotton linens.

Work or play on the blazing-fast Verizon Fios wireless internet. Log in to your favorite streaming services on Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom.

Enjoy the sound of birds chirping as you take a stroll around the quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. The property is located within a 5-10 minute walk to conveniences on the Columbia Pike corridor such as Starbucks, Walgreens, CVS, Giant grocery store, Idido's Coffee & Social House, Rebellion Bar & Restaurant, and many more shops and restaurants. DC, the Pentagon., and Arlington National Cemetary are less than 10 mins away by car, and bus routes into DC and Crystal City (Amazon HQ2) are three blocks away.

Great location, great facility

The unit was nicely appointed and I appreciate the thought that went into the furniture and design. The bed was comfortable and I liked that each side of the bed had a reading light. Also very convenient that you can park right in front of the entrance. I plan to stay there again.

Great location for Washington DC visit.

We hit the jackpot of really cute single apt. We had everything we needed to stay for 4 days. It looks sooo clean and new. Plenty of dishes, plenty of cooking utensils. Great shower. Having a dedicated parking in this neighborhood was golden. We may go back the area so we’ll this on our list.

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying in this property and we couldn't have been more pleased. The property is spotless and well appointed and the on-site parking was so nice to have. Will stay again the next time we are in town. It was nice to get to meet the owner.

This property is so well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet but busy. So close to many great restaurants. Nicer than most hotels for business travelers!

Nice little apartment in a very walkable location!

Really nice basement apartment in Arlington! The area is very walkable with lots of good restaurants nearby. Tons of things to do as it is close to Arlington National Cemetery, DC, and Alexandria. And the host is great! Everything you could ask for!

Great vacation

Had a really nice stay at this property. You can tell the owners put a lot of work in to provide a nice clean place for people to stay. The kitchen feature was great to minimize having to eat out and location was great with a giant supermarket, cvs and walgreens near by as well as a really great restaurant the celtic house all walkable. Owner of property was very nice and and answered my questions promptly. Would definitely stay again if was in the area and the owners would have me.

A wonderful experience during the Christmas Holiday.

We stayed in this property over Christmas. Our daughter and her family live in Arlington and this apartment gave us a chance to unwind from the grandchildren but still have time to enjoy all that the holiday was suppose to be. I would highly recommend this for both location and the fact that there is on-site parking. The place was perfect and we will be staying there again next month.

Weekend stay for DC

My fiance and I traveled to attend a graduation in DC. The location had great proximity to DC. We found all of the stores we needed close by. The unit was clean and as advertised. Good value for the price. We'd consider staying there again the next time we travel to the area.

Great stay!

This apartment was a perfect place to stay to visit Arlington or to visit D.C. My husband and I enjoyed the convenience of the location. It is a quiet street but in walking distance to restaurants and stores. The apartment was exceptionally clean and inviting. We enjoyed the comfort of it all. Details….right down to reading lights in the bedroom, a comfortable seating area and everything you would need in the kitchen! We loved walking to breakfast at the local diner and an Irish Pub, Celtic House, nearby!
