You are less than 2km from the village of Cauterets, a charming town with its thermal and balneotherapy area, its Lys ski resort, its Casino, its narrow streets with its shops, restaurants, local products, you will spend an unforgettable stay at the gates of the Pyrenees National Park. Our cottage will offer you generous sunshine with superb views of the mountain and a large sheltered terrace with barbecue. This house with its authentic history to discover, offers you all the comfort in the spirit of the mountain chalet with a sincere and warm welcome. Our cottage offers you a beautiful living room on the first floor of 50 M2, with a kitchen equipped with island / bar, where the bean coffee machine awaits you to enjoy a small espresso on your arrival, a living room with its soft sofa and its large screen TV with Netflix to entertain you combining moments of conviviality embellished by an Australian stove in winter. In the cellar you have a washing machine and a dryer.
Upstairs, you can relax in 2 bedrooms, a Cocooning room with 1 bed of 160 for 2 people, the other family room with 1 bed of 2 people and 2 beds of 1 person, separated by a mountain curtain, a mezzanine for the zenitude break with a comfortable sofa bed, all with mountain view, you have a separate toilet and 1 bathroom equipped with a sink, a walk-in shower and a whirlpool bath to relax after hikes, bed linen and bath linen can be provided as an option, everything is done to have peace of mind when you arrive with your bed made.
You benefit from an awning for the shelter of a car with connection for electric vehicles (consumption at your expense) and a private parking for 2 to 3 cars.
In front of the cottage, you have the free city bus stop for access to the city center which passes regularly all year round. 300 meters from the cottage, you have the cycle and pedestrian path "La coulée verte" which takes you to the city center and on the mountain paths. Etienne will be your guide for your hikes, to discover the essentials of Cauterets and to give you the good gastronomic addresses.
