- 1 air-conditioned bedroom furnished with 2 single beds (can be combined to create a King size bed)

- 1 living room with sofas and a television opening onto the large 50m² terrace

In addition to the location, you will appreciate the large shaded terrace with sea view. It faces the swimming pool (6mX4m) and the large gazebo where you will enjoy sipping a rum punch, cocktails or tropical juices while admiring the sea view.
A small service road from the Cap Est Lagoon Resort hotel runs alongside the villa, an access also used by kite-surfers to reach the lagoon known for this sporting practice (lessons are offered on the Cap Est beach). The small beach also offers a nice restaurant.
