Located just 150 meters from the historic center and Place du 18-Octobre, 250 meters from the Château de Châteaudun, and 800 meters from the train station: everything is nearby.

Renovated in August 2022 for your utmost comfort, the apartment is located in a secure building with exceptional charm.

There is an elevator to access the property.
The apartment
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a small electric oven, two induction burners, a kettle, a toaster, a croque-monsieur maker, and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

A Tassimo©️ coffee maker is also available for your use.

Pans, pots, and basic tableware are provided, as well as dish soap and kitchen towels.

Bedding (fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillowcases, and duvet cover) and bath linens (hand towels, bath towels, and washcloths) are provided.

The sofa does not convert into a bed.

A tower fan and a space heater can be provided free of charge.

A welcome basket with local products is available for €20.

An appetizer platter is available at the following rates:
- €15 for two people;
- €20 for three people.

A breakfast basket is available for €7 per person.

Keys will be handed to you in person; please notify us 15 minutes before your arrival.

We are flexible regarding arrival times, within reason.

We can also store your luggage if your check-out time from the apartment does not coincide with your departure time from the city. For organizational purposes, however, we ask that you let us know in advance.

Bicycles are available for rent at the Châteaudun tourist office, if needed.
