The entire Condo has been recently renovated and fitted with Hi Speed (1G) wireless internet and Smart TV. Perfect for PCSing Family, Traveling Medical personnel, and contractors.

You'll have access to the entire condo!

I will be available by phone any time you need. I prefer text message as a primary but am available by telephone. I have a a team available to help with any issues that come up. We hope you enjoy the stay!

Nice weekend getaway

My son and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The size of the place was perfect for us and the location was convenient both to restaurants/activities in town but also to the main roads so that we could do some day trips. Would definitely stay here again if back in town.

Perfect Short Stay

Nice clean condo in a quiet area, yet close to stores and restaurants. The Roku TV was a bit challenging....but other than that it was a perfect 3 night stay. We would stay here again....

Nice stay

This was a good stay for us and our dogs. The location was perfect and the amenities met our expectations. One slight concern was that the porch light was out & the fixture is too high up for us to change the bulb. It’s really dark in that area but we were able to use our phones for light so not that big of a deal. The host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again.

I absolutely fell in love with this condo! It truly felt like a delightful home away from home. The decor was both soothing and stunning. Each room was equipped with its own TV, and the accommodations were exceptionally comfortable. I especially loved the living room, complete with a magnificent stone fireplace, and the glass table in the dining area. On our final night, we lit a log in the fireplace and enjoyed breakfast together each morning while watching squirrels play in the trees outside. I also appreciated the owner's thoughtful touch of providing snacks, beverages, and other essentials in the kitchen for our convenience. This condo is located right next to a main street, offering an abundance of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was convenient to make quick trips to Walmart or the Dollar Tree while visiting my brother at the family housing on Cannon Air Force Base. Moreover, the neighborhood was tranquil and inviting. We look forward to returning here in the future.

Great hotel alternative for Clovis NM Trip.

We were needing a place to stay for a holiday family trip to Clovis. This property was a great alternative to renting hotel rooms for a similar price and offered more space and a full kitchen. Convenient and safe location close to where we wanted to be in Clovis.

Clean convenient and responsive

The property was ready, the check-in was easy, the location was convenient on the north edge of town, which was where all our business took place. Lou was very responsive in his communications. We will be staying here again in the future.

Great Stay!

Great stay in Clovis. Only thing we didn't have was trash bags. Nothing a quick run to the dollar store didn't fix. GREAT communication and easy check in and out!

My wife and I spent more than 20 years in the military and lived all over the world including 11 years overseas. While traveling Europe we commonly stayed in nightly rentals and thought one day we should get into the nightly rentals market. It's been rewarding hosting people from all over the US and World and being able to make their stay more comfortable and memorable.

This property was purchased after retiring from the military and becoming a traveling contractor. Throughout the first year I renovated all four units. This property is conveniently located in the safest, most desirable area in Clovis. Walking distance to shopping, dining, and golf. It is perfect for a traveling contractor, nurse, doctor, military members relocating to our nearby base and family coming home to visit.
