We propose to you to the rent, in Urt, this charming house with swimming pool, of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 27 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 600 m². We are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A living room of 27 m² with TV, Wifi
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Room 1 : room with a double bed (140×190)
- Room 2: room with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

On the 1st floor :
-Bedroom 1: air-conditioned bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) with bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A private, unheated swimming pool open from the end of May until the end of October, the dimensions are (5 m x 10 m), minimum depth 1,30 m, maximum depth 1,80 m.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 1 600 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Urt, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
- You will be able to park directly in the private parking lot of the house
- Nearest train station : Bayonne at 22.3 km (about 22 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Biarritz-Pays Basque at 33.3 km (at about 26 minutes)

Other remarks :
- When you leave, please fold up the blind properly to avoid any breakage. In the event of damage, the deposit may be forfeited.
- Only upstairs bedroom has air conditioning
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.
- Electric vehicle recharging station nearby.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
