This brand new, 2000 square foot, 4 bedroom home has everything your family retreat could need for a relaxing getaway or outdoor adventure. Our home is situated near the Sacramento River in the River Ridge subdivision. Fishing and boat access, Caldwell Park, Redding Skate Park, Redding Aquatic Center, the Sundial Bridge, and Turtle Bay are moments away. Walk or ride your bike from the house onto the Sacramento River Trail system. Guests have access to the three car garage and much more.

The property was everything we hoped for. We especially liked the toys, and other items for children, as we were traveling with a child under 2 years old. The location was a little far from our venue near Shasta View / Western Oaks and other amenities, but not too bad.

We were so pleased to stay here for a night breaking up a long road trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, so we could grocery shop and cook. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had extra amenities for us to relax. My sons loved the rooms with toys and an Xbox (they’re not little anymore, but those pack n plays would be so useful for babies/toddlers). The owners also made a nice accommodation for us to keep luggage in the garage during the day so we didn’t have to keep it in our pickup bed while we explored Redding before heading on the road again. Please stay here whether it’s for a pit stop or a full exploration of the Shasta area!

This was a great property for our family. We only had one night to stay as we were on our way up to Shasta Lake but this was a beautiful and well laid out home. We will stay again for sure.

My sisters and I stayed in Corey’s home and had a great time together there. Brand new, spacious, nicely furnished, super clean, comfy beds and sectional, well stocked with all you need. Beautiful new home in a nice neighborhood

I would love to own this house! High end finishes, Tremendous space for a large group and easy in and out. Pictures and descriptions were spot on to what we experienced. We used it as a base for visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was nice coming back to this house after a long day of hiking and sightseeing.

Shasta 2024 Family Trip

We LOVED this place! It's one of the few listings of all the places we've stayed that is exactly what it says it is. We really liked the open floor plan and quiet neighborhood. Corey is very responsive and helpful! We will be back!

Amazing home

We were in Redding because we were having a family reunion there. We had family that came from Chicago, Phoenix and LA. The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone. The process of checking in and out was supper easy. Would definitely come back again.

NoCal fishing trip

4 friends came to Redding on a 3 day fishing trip and were very pleased with the house. Everything was great and all we needed to get a good nights sleep before hitting the river.

As always...a great stay

Every year, a group of us stay here a few days leading up to New Year. The place is perfect for us. If I could have the house delivered by drone to my location, I'd pay to do it. Cory is great! Had a little issue with the door code this time. He had it resolved almost instantly. Thanks again for a great stay. See you next year.

Fantastic!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. So spacious and clean... great kitchen amenities (spices etc...) and bathrooms fully stocked with amenities as well. The beds are incredibly comfortable... and we are picky about beds! This house is comfortable and beautiful and highly recommend. We will be back for sure! Thanks to the owners for taking such good care of us and creating a lovely home away from home.

Redding annual fly fishing trip

THE place to stay in Redding. Nice, clean, open, comfy and has all you need for a great stay. Host is on top of it all. Great location in town: super safe, low traffic and quiet.
