La Grange - Charmante maison à Langrune-sur-mer

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, on the commune of Langrune-sur-Mer, this charming house of city to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms and a shower room. Baby equipment available.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- Garage with bicycles, washing machine, shower for the returns of beach.
On the 1st floor :
- A living room of 40 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a closet.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor :
- A landing with a school desk and a children's library corner.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a chest of drawers.
- Room 3 (children's room): two single beds and toys.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, playpen, bathtub, toilet/pot holder, protective barriers for young children at the stairs.

The house is ideally located in the historical center of Langrune-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment with a view on the church tower. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Bicycle available (2 adult bikes (1 with baby seat/ two children's bikes/ a "trailer" that can carry two young children), several greenways from Langrune.
- Beach (beach equipment available (shovels, buckets, molki, nets), small trailer available to transport equipment.
- Tennis/basketball courts at 2 minutes walking distance.
- Bois Joli park at 5 minutes walking distance, with adapted games for children of all ages.
- Sailing school (with many possible courses during the vacations).
- D-Day beaches.
- Thalasso and Casino in Saint-Aubin / Luc-sur-Mer (2 kilometers from Langrune).
- Caen at 20 minutes by car (feudal castle, memorial...).

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Caen train station located about 30 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Caen airport located about 29 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
