This condo has never been rented before this year. It comes with free padded beach chairs (seasonal) which is a $240 weekly value.

The Summit has Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Courts, Poolside Tiki Bar, Bikini Bob's Poolside Restaurant, The Summit Snack Shack Convenience Store & Ice Cream Shop, Parasailing & Jet Ski Rentals, 610 feet of Beachfront, Kids Playground o the Beach, Volleyball,2 Big Pools, 2 wading pools, 3 Hot Tubs, Fitness Center & Sauna, Gated Community with Security and more facilities on site and in the immediate area than any other resort in Panama City Beach.

***VERY CONVENIENT 2nd FLOOR at the Summit, skip the busy lines at the elevator and just walk up one flight of stairs to the condo!

Just steps away from the beautiful sands of PCB!

The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!

The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a 2 Queen size beds and a flat screen tv. It has access to the 1 bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower, and 2 sinks.

The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal!

Washer and dryer included!

Private balcony is a good height to still have a view but not to high if you or someone in your group is afraid of heights!

Stayed for the month of February great time.The room was great the only complete we had was the sliding door.It seem to block out a lot of sunshine.we will be back again.God Bless.

Had a great stay in 211. Condo was clean. 2nd floor was awesome. Used stairs everyday and didnt have to deal with long elevater waits. We would book this room again

Room was creepy.

The staff of the Summit were amazing and the facilities were very well kept. The walls in the room made of mirror throughout the entire place was a little creepy. We really only were in there to sleep…. Well tried to anyway. I don’t really blame the palmetto bug that crawled across my face the second night of our stay on y’all. It is Florida after all.

Exactly as posted

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Everything worked, check-in was seamless and quick. We have stayed at The Summit over 10yrs ago and it was exactly the same. This condo is directly in front of the pool but we could not hear any noise. Beds were fine, tv worked fine. We didn't cook but it did have pots and pans. The unit had free beach chair and umbrellas but we only used it once. Pool was clean. Would stay again.

Great oceanfront location

Nice 2nd floor unit close to stairs so you don’t need elevators. Comfortable king sized bed with new queen sofa bed. Nice pools. Great beach. Unit included beach chairs but chair guys try to mislead you that it doesn’t. Don’t let them. Only negative was very loud pool speaker directly under balcony of unit that blasted music daily 9 am-10 pm.

Summit 2024

Overall our stay was good, the condo was clean but I think the shower needs a little more cleaning and, if the carpet can be removed it will be great because it is hard to keep it clean, Bikini bob’s food was great and the servers were very nice. the pool closed at 8 because of some maintenance I wish it closed later. The condo was good, there was lots of to towels, the second floor is very convenient. elevators are always busy though. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. I definitely recommend this listing.

Great view.

The Summit offered wonderful views of the gulf. We loved sitting on our balcony morning and afternoon. But i do hope the streaming services improve. The shows continued to buffer which frustrated us a lot. We were told they are in the process of fixing it.

Well worth the money!

Over all this place is great the pools are clean,the tiki bar stays open ,they have karaoke at the pools in the evening and even have a family movie night at the pool very family friendly have a restaurant on site and security on seen all the time my only complaint was the indoor hot tub is NEVER open and the gentleman over signing out the chairs for the beach is one of the rudest men ive ever met working with the public! He should NOT be allowed to work with the public hes the guy that drives the off road atv with the bed in the back .give it a thumbs up overall

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the beautiful view from our balcony and being able to catch the sun without having to hit the beach or the pool. All we needed was available in the rental including grills...which my husband loved. We were located on second floor, made it easy to get to our rental without having to wait for the elevators which were extremely busy! King size bed was comfy, room was a little tight. Disappointed there were no outlets in the large bathroom. Some storage was taken up for lots of towels. Overall, we would stay again — sold on view and location.

The floors felt dirty, the bathroom sinks/vanity’s we’re not very clean (toothpaste on faucets, etc). The dryer did not dry clothes well, had to run the cycle 2-3 times. The room did come with complimentary beach chairs which was nice.

Beautiful location, unit needs work

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very Disappointed to see the condition of the carpet.....looked like there had been a frat party the night before (we took photos). Unit needs love. We were disturbed several days by maintenance people, no water, and notifications that someone was coming yet no one showed up. Needs new carpet before anyone else lives here. The bed was comfortable and the view from the patio door and deck was outstanding.

A Fall Break Retreat

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in 211, was a well-kept and clean condo. I have two major complaints for the condo. The HVAC thermostat was preset and stayed between 72-75 degrees. The HVAC stayed on 98% of the time. If you were cold or hot, you couldn't even turn it off. Two, ROKU tv sucks! Three days we were stuck inside due to weather and it took two days to get the remote figured out and this Roku offers nothing to watch. The elevators are notorious for not working. Trying to find a cart on Saturdays for your luggage, is a trying experience. Other than that, it's a sufficient place to hang your hat.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at Summit 0211. Unit was clean with well-maintained furnishings. The description was accurate. No communication with owner or manager. Was required to check in at front desk to get wrist bands and parking permit. Desk personnel did not appear to be a people person and the system was chaotic. I would recommend this unit with this in mind. It is on the second floor so if you want to see the ocean and have a private balcony you may want to go a few floors higher. Palm trees block ocean and beach and there is pool traffic day and night. Plus is you can avoid slow elevators by using the single flight of stairs. Overall, very nice rental but view and balcony privacy would keep me from renting again.
