Charming 2 Bedroom Duplex Cottage with All Amenities

Hi Chris, Thank you so much for your patience and for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review—it truly means a lot to us. We sincerely apologize for the check-in mix-up due to the name/booking phone number error and understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after planning ahead and booking in advance. We're glad we could quickly resolve the issue and get everything sorted for you. We also want to thank you for being a valued repeat guest. It's always a pleasure to host you, and we're grateful for your continued trust and support. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon—next time, with a perfectly smooth check-in!

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re happy to hear the space was clean and functional, though we’re sorry that it did not fully meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing the master lights and fan to our attention, and we’ll have those checked right away. Your input is valuable and helps us continue making improvements for future guests.
