For added comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following equipment: iron, mini ironing board, hairdryer, Hoover bagless hoover, mood lamp in the living room...

- A 5m² terrace facing south-west with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

Common space in the residence :
- A 100 m² unheated pool open from June to the end of September.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.

The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment and 5 minutes by car from the beach of Porticcio or about 25 minutes on foot. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Hiking on the Sanguinaire Islands, on the banks of the Tolla Lake on foot or by bike.
