Welcome to the Moulin de Marie !

Less than 2 hours from Paris, near Mortagne-au-Perche, this beautiful 12th-century Moulin is the ideal place to relax or recharge your batteries, in the heart of a park with a jacuzzi overlooking the river and a 5-hectare wood. Full of charm, tastefully decorated with antique and contemporary furniture, it can accommodate 10 to 12 guests. At the end of your journey, you'll discover Le Moulin de Marie, nestled among the trees, its Virginia creeper changing color with the seasons.

Set on the banks of the river, in the middle of a rustic garden, a wood where you can take a leisurely stroll, and a poplar grove, it will seduce you with its large rooms and wide windows opening onto nature. A family home dedicated to music, we want to share it with you and make you love it.

The first floor comprises a large living-dining room with a beautiful fireplace, hi-fi equipment, Sony television, wi-fi, a vast kitchen with halogen hob, built-in oven, microwave, small Smeg appliances, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine.

In the former mill room, you'll find a generously proportioned living room with impressive beams and joists, widely open to nature through large windows, with sofa, Roche-Bobois tables and chairs, Bose stereo system, large TV, bar, Yamaha grand piano, and, more playfully, table soccer and darts.

A small lounge for resting or reading serves the bedrooms in the east wing.

On the first floor, the "blue" bedroom with a 120cm rollaway bed, where time seems to have stood still, so conducive is it to daydreaming and tranquillity.

Upstairs, two large bedrooms with queen-size beds, the "pink" bedroom with a small desk, and the "yellow" bedroom.

On the west side, upstairs, the 45m2 "red" bedroom, with a 140cm bed, a sitting area with a coffee table and two leather club chairs, and a large desk, and the 45m2 "green" bedroom, also overlooking the river, with a 140cm bed and a desk area with printer.

On the mezzanine, overlooking the mill, a 120cm bed and a 90cm bed can provide additional sleeping space on request.

The upper floors also feature two bathrooms with bathtubs, one of which has a whirlpool bath.

Outside, you'll find a small set of Fermob garden furniture to enjoy the first rays of the morning sun, a large table with barbecue for lunch by the river, and deckchairs and loungers to enjoy nature and the sun in complete tranquillity.

A jacuzzi is also available when the sun is out !
