Our GOLD STANDARD 3 Bed/3 Bath condo is part of the up-and-coming Sunset Caribe Belize Resort. This listing includes a 1 Bedroom as well as a 2 Bedroom directly next to each other on the top/5th floor. (There is not an interior door.) You will have the comforts of both condos. Enjoy TWO thermostats, TWO full kitchens, TWO living areas, THREE master bedrooms and most importantly TWO relaxing balconies. You will have expansive views, overlooking the Cayes or Bayside of San Pedro, from EVERY room. The Sunset views are simply breathtaking. See FAQ's BELOW:

We are an easy 1.5 mile golf cart ride North of San Pedro. Our resort, Sunset Caribe, is located nicely between the fun of downtown San Pedro and the popular attractions, beach vibes and luxury of Northern Ambergris Caye.
*Please note - The construction of our condo and building is finished. However, there may be construction noise North of our building as they complete the final construction phase in our complex. You may hear construction noise between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm. Thankfully, we haven't received any complaints but we want you to be aware. Thanks so much for understanding.
As part of the "Caribeville" community, you will have access to several services.
• The San Pedro Urgent Care building is a four story facility which includes the private clinic offering medical services to the public during regular business hours and 24 hour emergency care to owners and guests.
• The Spa and Salon is also located in the San Pedro Urgent Care building.
• Rain Restaurant (located at the top of the "Rain" building) is known for its outstanding Caribbean and American cuisine with seating in a covered yet open environment. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Aqua Restaurant (located inside on the 3rd floor of the "Rain" building) is known for sushi and seafood. Don't miss sushi night!
• Beach Basket Grocery (located on 1st floor of the "Rain" building) is the onsite small grocery store and includes beer, wine and liquor as well as provisioning services prior to your arrival.
• Sun Brew Cafe - serving specialty coffee, sandwiches, pastries and desserts! Located in the front lobby.
• Fitness Center - the largest gym on the island! Located above the front lobby with beautiful views!

We love to visit Ambergris Caye to dive, enjoy the local food, golf cart around the island, rent a boat and boat captain for a day, and share time with family and friends. We have been to numerous Caribbean islands and keep returning to San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. So when buying a place in the Caribeville community became possible, we didn't hesitate! We feel that Grand Caribe & Sunset Caribe are easily the nicest and best built resorts on Ambergris Caye. The location single-handedly surpasses all others. While San Pedro is a short golf cart ride away, there are several restaurants/bars within walking distance of the condo. We feel that renting a golf cart (the primary mode of transportation) is a must! Exploring all the island has to offer is half the fun! Our building at Sunset Caribe is the newest building in the Caribeville community. The views from the 5th floor are spectacular! Inside, we've attempted to furnish our condo with all of the comforts and amenities of home. Then we love our custom Belize furniture and artwork from our favorite local artist displayed throughout.
