Cabin with bar area and pool table-located in Stephenson, MI

When you arrive you will find a small updated cabin with everything you will need to have a nice relaxing getaway! Outback there is a fire pit area surrounded by the perfect string lighting with comfy chairs and a swing-firewood is provided! Wild raspberries and blackberries grow along the woods right out the back door! Inside you can cozy up to the fireplace and wood burning stove during the cold months. Have some fun in the garage/bar area playing pool, darts, and other bar games. The garage has A/C and heat options! Also find entertainment in the two TVs equipped with Firestick streaming/roku, choose from the large variety of DVDs, or listen to some music! The kitchen has everything you will need to cook meals and there is also a charcoal grill outside (charcoal not provided). The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to a lake. This area is great for ATV riding, kayaking, and fishing. Beautiful place during all four seasons!

The house exceeded all our expectations!! Very clean and comfy. The pool table and the bar in the garage was our favorite! Chelsea is a very responsive host and I would definitely recommend booking with her!

Stephenson property

Great place to get away and relax. Nice restaurants a little drive away. We went to Escanaba one day and enjoyed Lake Michigan and the lighthouse.

Relaxation in the woods

A wonderful place to listen to the birds and sit by the fire while sipping coffee. Peaceful and relaxing. Pool table is an added bonus on a rainy day. Hosts are very responsive and caring.

Relaxing getaway

Our family really enjoyed the gaming and bonfire area.The house had everything you needed and even a few items you might have forgot. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful area to stay especially in fall. Overall our stay was very nice. The bedrooms and beds were clean as was the bathroom. Kitchen was updated and is very nice. Living room furniture could be updated, one chair had what looked like a cigarette burn in it and the couch was not comfortable. In one bedroom the dresser was collapsing but we didn’t need it anyway. The bar in the garage was nice. Beds were comfortable. The a/c unit in the window needs replacing as it’s seen better days. With just a few updates this place would be amazing. The host also got back to me promptly every time. Would recommend staying here.

Perfect Getaway

It was a great place to stay especially for a few days! We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend! Make sure to bring bug spray though because it is fairly remote, which we loved.

Weekend get away

This is our second time staying at this property. Very clean and cozy. All the amenities you need for cooking, grilling and smores by the firepit! Would highly recommend for a UP get away!

Great getaway

The cabin was the perfect weekend retreat spot. The garage bar and outside patio area provided a place to hang out and enjoy time away. The inside was perfectly furnished for what we needed.

Quiet and accommodating

I was looking for a long weekend in a quiet place and this was it. The owners were very accommodating and the kitchen had all the items one would need to make whatever you bring from the store. The outdoor area is also very nice, and the game room / garage is also a neat conversion.

Dog Vacation

We struggle to find dog friendly getaways with our 85 pound, hyperactive dog. This was a perfect place for him to burn some energy, so much room to run and peaceful isolation for him and us to be ourselves. Highly recommend if you need a relaxing weekend away from the grind!

Great stay!

My sister and I came for two nights and had a blast! It was really awesome to have the bar attached to keep all of our cold-weather gear, as well as the large table so we could do crafts by the wood-burning fireplace. It was perfect.! Owners are right next door; very responsive. Cabin was super clean, beds were comfy. We will be back!

Mommy and me getaway

This home was so beautiful along with the property. My children absolutely loved the rec room and the baby loved the out doors and all the lights. Communication was amazing and tentative. We would definitely stay again. I absolutely appreciateed the home away from this space provided.
