Our spacious family home has been completely renovated to share with STL visitors looking for a unique place to stay. With 100-year-old brickwork throughout and old growth timber finding new life in the masterfully crafted staircase, countertops, and shelving, you might just want to move right in. You'll have full access to the entire property which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to all the fun St. Louis has to offer.

The property was very nice and clean. The main floor is an open plan and lends itself well to everyone staying there to gather without being crowded. I saw some reviews that were concerned about the neighborhood. That is not a concern. The neighborhood is great.I have used this host before and they are very good at communicating. Not only would I stay here again, i would have confidence in staying at any proprety they own.

We enjoyed the property and had a very good stay. The house is nicely remodeled and everything was clean and as it appears in the photos. The host was responsive with any concerns.The only reason it was not a 5 star is that there are some windows that do not have window coverings including the master bedroom which faces directly into the neighbors window only a few feet away. This made my wife very uncomfortable.

Great location, nice house. Visiting family in STL. Note to renters, it says they have a pack and play but you have to request. The property manager responded very quickly which was appreciated! Dryer was broken which was more than a minor inconvenience

Perfect & accurate info given. Loved the kitchen area. Felt safe. “4” for cleanliness was because I dropped my ring & it rolled under the bed. Cleaning company needs to run a Swiffer under the bed. Rest of the place was perfect!

Great House, Great Location, Great Hosts

Cannot speak highly enough about this place. The location is perfectly located to get to most STL attractions quickly. The house itself is comfortable and well decorated. I agree with some of the comments regarding privacy, given that many of the windows are a few feet away from the neighbors windows, but not a deal killer. Hosts were great and responsive. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great Stay

This was perfect for our family of five during our 4 day stay. Quite neighborhood, parking, comfortable beds, and everything we needed. It felt like home. Communication was great, we would stay again. Thank you for having us.

Family Fun in St. Louis!

This VRBO was a great place to stay for our family vacation! The owners have done a fantastic job renovating a 100+ year old home leaving it with all kinds of historic charm mixed with modern comforts. The pictures are exactly how it looks and the beds are very comfortable. While it’s not within walking distance of much, it’s a very short drive or Uber ride from everything and centrally located. Eddie was very responsive to any and all questions we had. It was a perfect place to relax in the evenings after a day filled with all kinds of fun and had plenty of room for our 12 year olds to have their own space. Thanks for the hospitality! If we come back to STL, this house will definitely be at the top of the list of places to stay!

TERRIFIC STAY!!!

First of all, and most important to us, the property was exactly as depicted in the listing. Beautiful and charming home. Location is ideal, being close to The Hill, downtown activities, Tower Grove Park and more. Super clean and well stocked. Extremely quiet neighborhood and we had great communication throughout our stay. 10/10 property and would definitely stay again on our next visit to St. Louis!

The property is beautiful. The location is very close to restaurants, City Museum and Missouri Botanical Garden. Could not ask for more.

Everything was lovely! Exactly as listed.

We were in town for a wedding. The house was very clean and the space was ideal for our family to come together for meals and fellowship, as well as to have our separate spaces when desired, too. We would definitely stay here again!
