The home was clean and the amenities were in excellent working order. We had a issue with smoke detectors beeping because of low batteries. After contacting the host, new batteries were sent and the problem was resolved. Very good host, excellent communication. I would book again and refer others.

Awesome home and close to Ybor and the Casino. We had a neighborhood dj playing good music 24/7 lol but overall would recommend.

Centrally located. Neighborhood was noisy but most noise stopped at 11pm. Nice size property. It would have been nice to have easier access to the back screened porch. Water pressure in the master bath was fair. Kitchen was ok and updated. Had all the amenities you would need. Although we had a storm and wifi was knocked out for a day at the end of our trip, it had not been reliable prior to that too. Beds comfortable and a nice alternative to a hotel.

Tampa Stay

The house was very nice, easy to get into, and comfortable. The neighbor blares music all day and night at his food truck though. Our main problem was our wifi went out on the 1st of a 5 day stay. No tv, and no wifi for our phones which killed our data plans. Host wouldn't fix until after we checked out. Otherwise it was alright.

Beautiful home

The home is very nice and a decent place to stay. If we're ever visiting Tampa again we will definitely book here if available and highly recommend it for a group of 4.

Great House

The house is very clean, extremely comfortable, decor is very well done and newly updated. The only downside was a food truck across the street that played very loud noise all day long. The owner of the house apologized for the noise and said he will be solving the problem in the coming days.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Tampa at the house. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and the layout was great for my friend and I when we stayed there. However, the one downfall was the neighbors across the street. They owned a food truck and did blast music throughout the weekend. The mentioned chickens were not heard. Overall, I would recommend this place and would rent again if I came back to the location.

Feels Like Home

This was a great place to stay and relax. The pictures don't even do it justice. Excellent communication from the manager regarding any issues. Would definitely book again.

Great!

Wonderful, everything was fine. Loved the House, ecerything was clean. Neighbourhood (not the roaster) was a little bit noisy but it was no big problem.

National convention

Enjoyed the visit to Tampa and Ybor City. Friendly and welcoming. The VRBO property was as advertised and our host. Asar, very kind and accommodating. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful home

We had a hard time in the beginning with communication with the owner since he had the wrong phone number on Vrbo, it got quickly resolved. This home is on the edge of a rough neighbourhood. Not an area to go out walking. The home itself is amazing. Many amenities offered to the client. Clean, spacious home. As far as the roosters and chickens they are so much fun to have around. The owner is a very caring individual with super people to manage the property. I’d be very happy to rent from this owner again.

Wonderful place for the price

Spacious living area and bedrooms, bathrooms. Nice open concept kitchen and living room. Very clean, modern kitchen. Love the screened in porch. Could use a few more kitchen and bathroom utensils and appliances

Chickens and trains

The house was clean but there are chickens and roosters roaming the neighbourhood. You can hear the train nearby early in the morning as well as the rooster, so no alarm clocks are necessary lol Other than that it was great! The check in process was easy. Would suggest some ear plugs or a noise machine.

The home was just as nice as your photos showed. Very neat and clean, We had no trouble finding the house which was set up with all the basic needs and comforts. The screened in porch and back yard-- private and relaxing. We are in our 70's and 80's. Tampa is home to this 88 year old man. My son and his family live a few streets south of Ida. He visited us and was impressed with your home. I don't stay with him because I can't navigate stairs any more. Your home was the perfect set up for me. If I come back in the future I will try to repeat my stay at your Vrbo.
